Like the bar stool, ordered 2 1 had a defective leg. Manufacturer was of no help,actually was very rude even though instructions said to contact them no Target. Target was very helpful about ordering a replacement, but found out after a week that the reorder was canceled. Had to reorder again, did receive a $5 credit from Target for my trouble. Would not order this brand again,

This stool arrived on time and is very sturdy and comfortable. Only problem is that there were multiple scratches all over the wood, probably about 10 different places which had been obviously tried to retouch because you could still see the scratches and retouching. There were also several places that need to be retouched but weren't. I'm using this stool in my bathroom as a vanity stool and it is fine for there. However if I were putting it in my kitchen area and other people were going to see it, I would probably exchange for a new one.

The items arrived on time, I had ordered 3 of them. One of the stools had 2 missing studs on them and a missing floor protector on one of the legs, I had to use another type of protector I already had laying around the house to keep the stool from rocking. Overall the product is nice and sturdy which is what I needed having two children at home under 5 years old. The color was a tad bit darker than the photo, but still ended up matching my kitchen island.

Very handsome stool, looks more like a piece of furniture. Nice design, nice fabric, nice wood. It is heavy an sturdy. Unfortunately either I mis-measured or the stool is taller than advertised, and I had to return it.

Stools are ok. The cherry finish could have been done a little better. Assembly was pretty simple. Seats are a bit hard, but will probably get a bit softer over time. Shipping took way too long, almost 2 weeks!
