First time user but this review is on the packaging. Security tape did not survive the brute shipping handling. Edge of shipping carton crushed.. Inside bottle of product rolled around lose. Cannot tell if bottle is full or if some product was dispensed before shipment. Flaps of carton of the product do not have the small tape to seal it closed and product's carton also has a stain. Tried to add photos but for some reason, system will not allow it.

The serum seems to be fine - except WHY DO YOU ADD FRAGRANCE???? Fragrance is a no-no for many, many of your customers. And the worst part - the dropper/applicator... No matter how many times I press the top, it barely picks up a drop or two. Why don't you use the same kind of dropper as your other serums? This is a horrible design.

I was on the lookout for an affordable Vit C serum that was clear in colour and being a huge elf fan, I didnt hesitate to buy this product. Unfortunately, the bottle is poor design so it makes actually using the product very difficult. It doesn't matter how many times I press down on the button, no more than a tiny drop of serum fills the dropper. I think a normal pump bottle would have made more sense.

I added this to my morning skincare routine. The dropper is a little awkward to use, but I drop 3 - 4 drops into my palm and use my fingertips on my other hand to dip into the product and apply to my skin. It absorbs quickly. I wait until it is fully absorbed before applying my moisturizer and then my makeup. I have seen a visible reduction in redness since using this, and there are many days where I don’t even use foundation/concealer. I’m so glad I added the VitaminC serum to my routine!

Was really excited to try this vitamin c but unfortunately I haven’t seen any results good enough to put up with the SCENT of this product. it smells so bad and it’s so strong. i’m not a fan of wasting products so I will be using it until the end but will not be repurchasing.

My go to. I use this once in the morning and once at night. This is a great and affordable Vitamin C serum. It’s lightweight and doesn’t leave a sticky residue behind. Sometimes I have a hard time finding it in stock!

I've had this for a couple weeks and although it works well on my brown spots, it is impossible to get a dose using the dropper. Perhaps my shipment was defective or perhaps you should re-package.

Simple, this causes my rosacea to flare up horribly and caused a chemical burn on my neck. (My neck is EXTREMELY sensitive to a lot of actives.) I have used other vitamin C's with no issue. That's my review. I can't use it. If you CAN, it does sink in the skin nicely and isn't greasy. I may try to use it up on my body somewhere less sensitive.

Love this vitamin C serum! I noticed some hyperpigmentation on my cheeks after neglecting my skincare routine for quite some time.
