I bought it again for the third or fourth time and it smelt weird. It smelt of alcohol which is never did and I look at the ingredients and the second thing was alcohol

I love the e.l.f Keep Your Balance Toner! I’ve used so many expensive toners from Ulta, Sephora, etc and honestly, this one is pretty comparable! It doesn’t sting or burn, it has a calming feeling to it, it doesn’t dry out my skin (I have very sensitive skin), it doesn’t really have a scent, and my face feels clean after I’ve used it. I saw results almost immediately and now after several uses my skin looks smooth and hydrated! Plus, you can’t beat the price! I definitely recommend this product!
