Q: Is this rug able to be cleaned with a shampoo vacuum?

A: I haven't had to clean my year but let me tell you it spots clean so well. My cat have thrown up on it and it cleans right up. I love it.

A: I actually saw this in store it is a little darker than ivory definitely not white or silvery looking like in the picture.

Q: Is "tan" a brown or gray/taupe color? Is "cream" a white or ivory/bone color? I don't want stark white. I'm looking for a soft ivory/cream or super light taupe/beige. I just need to warm up a small space that has darker colored furniture.

A: I just saw the rug today in a Target store. I saw no silver or gray mixed into with the cream. The color is not a true white, but maybe more of an ivory. Cream makes me think of tan or beige understones but this didn't seem to have any. It could be that the thin "eyelash" strands projected a silvery hue because they are thinner than the shag threads but again, I did not see silver. Very pretty. I am having a similar one delivered tomorrow from another store for over $300 and am seriously considering returning it and getting the one from Target. Wish I had seen it sooner.

Q: Is the blue rug more of a navy or a peacock/indigo color (which I consider to be brighter)?

A: I have this rug, and it's gorgeous. The blue is definitely not a navy blue, but a brighter color; not light, not teal, but bright. The problem with the designation of "indigo" is that everyone's definition of it is different. If you have navy in the room, this rug will make it look flat. This is so much better than navy, in my opinion. AND you can vacuum it just fine using your roller brush, and it doesn't shed. It's so nice on the feet. I'd buy this for all my rooms, seriously. No, I don't work for Target.

The rug arrived without packaging and it’s dirty. No rug should be shipped without being wrapped to keep it clean but especially a white rug. Now I have to lug a 8 x 10 rug to the store for return. The point of ordering was to avoid that step. Very annoyed.

I LOVE this rug but DO NOT ORDER FOR HOME DELIVERY!!!! We previously owned this exact rug and absolutely loved it, had to purchase new due to messing up the old one. Ordered for curbside pickup from our store as it said they had one in stock and it ended up being unavailable so it gave me the option to send to my house. This is how it was send via FedEx. Completely unacceptable.

The rug’s wrapping was split open in two areas so the rug arrived with large dirty spots. I’m going to try to clean it but otherwise may have to return. Did it leave Target torn open or was it damaged in transit? Shameful lack of care.

I ordered this as a drive up order from target for my husband to pick up . Once we open it we saw several string’s coming off of it. At first I thought nothing if it but, no that it has been set up for a few days it’s falling apart and probably won’t last more than a couple of months. I expected better quality from a $200 carpet. Don’t waste your money

The rug was packaged in a project 62 wrap - no big deal the color and quality were evident. I unwrapped the rug the sticker inside says quarter 4 2017, Threshold. Not a huge deal quality is not dated. Lay the rug out dirty squares at the top like someone used the rug and brought it back. Not cool. Im now tasked with bringing back a rug that is almost as big as me - not buying large rugs in store online is the safer bet.

I chose to order this online and they did not wrap the whole rug, just the middle section of the rug. This caused the rug to get incredibly dirty in the shipping truck and this is how it showed up. The worst part is that I have to bring the 7 x 10‘ rug to either FedEx or UPS (which we don’t have in the town I live in), and I don’t have a car that will fit the rug in it. This was way more of an inconvenience than it was a convenience. See pictures below.

Very beautiful rug, nicely made and I like that it is a thicker rug. Bought for the master bedroom and liked it so much we went back and bought two more of the exact rug for our other bedrooms. I was a little nervous after reading reviews of a chemical smell, but after buying 3 of these exact rugs recently I can tell you none of mine had any chemical smell. Nice quality rug for the price and very pretty and it’s comfortable to walk on

I bought this rug in a smaller size a couple years ago and it held up SO well so when we decided we wanted a larger one we didn't hesitate. It did have a strong smell at first but after a couple of weeks and several vacuums it's not noticeable. I have animals so am always vacuuming. Like multiple times a week. It is easy to vacuum with my high lift setting. It's comforting to lay on and walk on. Hopefully it holds up as well as the last one.

All the perimeter binding was all undone and I bought the largest size. Once I got it in place and unwrapped is when the damaged area showed. Target Customer Service told me they would not replace it unless I brought into the store. I shipped it originally because I have no vehicle for this size rug. I spent 2 hours with customer service and was told if I cannot get to the store there is no refund. Suggested renting a uhaul to return!!!!!!!!!!!!

carpet came dirty/ stain at both top ends. Wasnt even wrapped. We would have returned it but that process is to much of a pain in the neck. It was hard enough getting the carpet here, I couldnt even imagine anybody picking it up!!
