Customer service for the futon company doesn't answer their phone on Saturday at least. One of the screws sent didn't have a head, wasn't even in the package. Luckily we could get something at Ace, but that's a couple more dollars and an extra trip we didn't have to make. It's very hard for one person to pull back into sofa mode with the mattress on and the mattress is hard to get into the right position in sofa mode. Maybe this will ease as it breaks in. Frame parts could fit together tighter.

Much higher quality than other self-assembly items I have purchased in the past. The blue color mattress looks great! The instructions were amazingly easy to follow. The only drawback is you will definitely need a second person when assembling. Even the parts that suggest only one person still benefit from having two people work together.

It looks really nice and it’s I think solid wood which is great. Some of the vertical support bars on the back were warped a little and that sucked but I could bend it enough to get it to work. Forewarning that it is pretty heavy and assembly requires two people for one of the final steps, or a lot of effort as a single person.
