This shampoo/conditioner set is really disappointing. It actually feels like it’s making my hair drier and causing damage instead of repairing it. It also smells like no “argan oil” product I’ve ever smelled before.

I bought this 1 year ago a lady had done a job in my hair and she end up doing a terrible thing in my hair! She bleach my hair and did a really bad job! She burn my hair end up looking like a brillo literally had a hair really long all my life and this lady messed it in days! So started using this boulder of herbal essence and omg in a year my hair have grown soooo much is up to half my back and only using this product nothing more else! Am really satisfied with it and always will

I personally disliked this combo. It made my hair shed more than normal in the shower on wash days. Additionally, my hair was so greasy the same day. I will attempt to return and if unable to it will be thrown out. I do not recommend to anyone.

If you haven't already, try using a little less product. Also, if you normally use both a shampoo and conditioner, you could try using just the shampoo and only using conditioner every other or every third wash. It's also important to know that losing between 50 and 100 hairs a day is considered normal. Hair goes through a natural growth cycle where each hair grows, falls out, and is replaced by a new one. Combing, brushing, and shampooing can help remove hair that is about to fall out, making space for new hair to grow. However, we also acknowledge that extensive hair loss can be distressing. There are various factors that can contribute to significant hair loss, including hormonal changes (such as after childbirth), illness, infections, stress, medication, or genetic predisposition. If you're experiencing extensive hair loss, we strongly recommend speaking to your doctor who can provide you with personalized guidance and explore potential causes. I like the fact that it has better ingredients than most of the drugstore choices. I also enjoy the smell of it, it's strong but not as strong once you wash your hair with it. Smells sweet and perfume like. What I didn't like is that it leaves my hair with lots of dandruff but that will be different for everyone because all scalps are different. It's a good backup, but leaves residue on dandruff on me personally. (I have low porosity hair) If you have medium to high this may work for you.

Recently purchased the combo pack, after using about 8 times I’m not as happy as I had hoped. My hair doesn’t feel as smooth as I had wanted. Not changing anything else, my hair doesn’t respond to styling and it feels course yet limp. I’m not going to purchase again. The fragrance is pleasant but doesn’t last. I find I have to wash my hair everyday if I want to look descent but doesn’t hold up for an entire day.

I used this conditioner for years because it kept my color treated hair soft and manageable, especially after bleaching it out. Once I started using the new bottle/formula I noticed my hair was thicker/frizzier and tangled. My stylist even asked what I had changed in my routine. I realized the formula had changed and there is obviously less argan oil in the new version or something else is keeping it from being absorbed. I bought pure argan oil and mixed a few drops into the conditioner before applying and that made it feel closer to the old formula. I'll use this method until my current bottles are used up, but I'll be searching for a new brand in the meantime. Very disappointing since I've used this brand for over a decade.
