I agree with some of the others, after 30 days I see no difference. But I kinda figured that it would be something that would not be a one and done thing (30 capsules) in order to see any significant changes. So maybe a one star review is kinda unfair, But maybe if it does not already say then maybe it should be stated in bold letters on the front of the packaging or and bottle itself that “For some people to see the desired effect that you are seeking, this product may have to be taken on a continuous basis”, but for the price that is charged I did expect to see a little more from this product and the only way to get a little bit of a savings you have to “subscribe” and there may be a month or two you have to skip getting these, if that happens what will happen to your “subscription price” then? All I can say is if you are reading these reviews before you decide whether you want to start taking this product, you may want to think a little bit before you make your decision, because as I mentioned before it may be something you have to purchase consistently to get the desired effect that you are looking for.
