Opened package to find damage to this product not sure if it will support my tv and my return window expired probably a good product but not being able to pick up in store leaves a lot to be desired

The pictures make it look more rustic wood then it really appears in person. Assembly was a bit of a pain but my husband got it completed. It looks good, I just wish it came with a remote to turn heater/flame mode on.

This looks beautiful! However, I ordered it online and it arrived broken. There is a huge crack right on the main piece- where the tv would go, directly above the fireplace. It is too heavy to return on my own. The fireplace is pretty and I do like the color and general design.

The color and quality was great. The top arrived warped, but we finally got it on and hope it straightens out with time. Also-the back panels seems upside down because cords have to go all the way out the top instead of the bottom.
