Easily removed waterproof makeup. Was sensitive enough that it didn’t irritate the eye area. Lightly scented and not too heavy. Affordable and easy to access product.

I am so happy to have found Neutrogena Gentle Oil-Free eye makeup remover. It makes taking off my eye makeup at the end of the day a breeze. You just shake up the bottle, close your eyes and swipe with a cotton pad. It even takes off waterproof mascara. It is gentle on the eye area and doesn’t have a greasy feel. Plus, one bottle lasts a long time. Definitely give this a try 👍🏻
