Olive Fruit, sea buckthorn and grapeseed oils nourish and hydrate skin, without clogging pores or leaving an oily residue. This restorative and lightweight formula works with Niacinamide to help balance skin and control oiliness.
The soft, velvety texture melts into an oil on contact with skin for a sensorial cleansing experience, leaving skin perfectly cleansed, soothed and silky-soft.
Dermatologist tested and approved, non-comedogenic, alcohol and fragrance-free, vegan and cruelty free.
How to Use: Scoop a pea sized amount onto dry skin and gently massage in circular motions. Add a splash of warm water to emulsify and rinse thoroughly. Follow with preferred second cleanser.

I bought this balm just to try something new and possibly give me a bit more moisture to my dry combination skin, so far so good! I don't wear heavy makeup but at the end of the day when I need a refresh (I do double cleanse) this is nice. I do think the scent is a little strong, but still enjoyable. Overall the texture and effectiveness is good. I'm not sure if I'll repurchase due to amount in the jar for the price. However, I'm happy to use it for now.

Bought this for a drenching of moisture this winter and hopefully less rubbing on my skin to remove my makeup. HOWEVER, it’s scented with ROSEMARY???!!! If I’m correct please consider changing the oil scent to almond or coconut, something better to use around your eyes! The other issue is the plastic used for your products. Especially this one—has a very big plastic outer shell for just 6 grams of product!!! Nooo!!! I love the feeling, it works well, just pleeease the change the essential oil smell, and the packaging? 🙏❤️

I’ve tried a lot of oil based makeup removing cleansers and this one is the only one that works and doesn’t dry out my skin like crazy. I do wish it was sold in a bigger size though. I’ve seen reviews complain about the scent but so long as you like the smell of rosemary then it’s fine.

Love, love, love! I have really bad rosacea and this is so comforting and moisturizing on my skin. It removes my makeup, and the smell is what natural products smell like. If you’re not used to the way natural products smell, work, and feel I can see how one would think it doesn’t smell good or work.

Surprised this has so many poor reviews! Granted, I haven’t used a ton of oil cleansers/balms, so there’s not much to compare it to. But I really like this product. It does just melt makeup off my face! I use more than a pea amount to melt everything off, then just a tiny bit of water to emulsify. I follow with another cleanser. I do have pretty sensitive skin, but haven’t had any issues with this (including near my eyes as this does a great job taking off my mascara). The criticisms of the packaging is fair though! It’s a little clunky and less product than it looks like! I am almost out and will repurchase.

Does not remove makeup and definitely does not remove any eye makeup. I have oily skin it washed off fine with no residue. Big bulky tub barely any product. It says use a pea size amount but that is no way sufficient. Not worth the price as it does not remove makeup well.

This product was effective at removing my makeup, even took my mascara off in chucks. Unfortunately after using only once I had a copious amount of closed comedones!! So many I had to use my makeup eraser to warm my pores and then try and extract most of them with my skin tools. This is the second oil to not work on my sensitive skin, but a brand that has worked without clogging my skin up is: peach and Lily ginger oil cleanser, I just tried to save a few bucks with Byoma.. back to peach and lily.

I have very sensitive, easily irritated skin and this doesn’t not bother me at all! It’s my first step in my double cleanse nighttime routine. I don’t wear heavy makeup (no judgement to those that) so a little goes a long way for me.

I have used several different cleansing balms in the past, so I am very familiar with how they should be used. This balm was just not that good. It smells weird, to start. I don't think it worked at taking off my makeup very well. I also had to rinse quite a bit and there felt like a film on my face. I normally follow up with a gel cleanser and my skin will feel clean. With this balm I had to wash twice with my gel one. Definitely not going to purchase again.

I haven't broken out since I stopped accutane a couple of years back (outside of one or two small ones once a month). Adding this to my routine brought back a bunch of closed comedones on my skin and three cysts. It's super discouraging and I'm hoping my skin goes back to normal after stopping this product.

it didn't take off my waterproof mascara easily, and even after scrubbing a ton there was still residue. i broke out in whiteheads after ~4 days of usage (and yes, i double cleansed). i stopped using it and my skin went back to normal almost overnight. tl;dr save your money and time and buy the elf cleansing balm

I do not like this cleansing balm. The packaging is so unnecessarily bulky, and I was surprised when I saw how little product actually was inside. The texture of the balm is very thick. It doesn’t remove my makeup well and leaves a thick, oily residue. I’ve used it multiple times, but I think it’s time to throw it out for good!
