This is quite literally not gluten free, and it really bums me out. It says “processed in a facility that also processes wheat”…… wow

The texture of this GF flour is good, the price is great, but the flavor is terrible. Do not use this for baking.

Used this in pancakes and it made my normal recipe very dry and crumbly which I've never had happen before. Much heavier and drier than other 1:1 GF blends I've used. Would not recommend.

Can’t beat the price! Unfortunately when things are less expensive they are not as good! But this does help me save some money because I cut my Bob’s one-to-one with this. But really I think they’re only $1.75 difference in price… I have noticed that I get a different texture with my baking with this flower. But it works really well in holding pancakes and waffles together
Bitter Aftertaste

I really wanted to like this one because I'm a fan of millet, sorghum and rice flour, but something is weird with this blend. I have used it twice now in a yeast bread recipe and both times the bread came out very bitter. If it were less expensive I'd try it in some cookies or something else, but I think I'll cut my losses. Do not recommend.

The GOOD: It’s GF. However, ever since my Celiac diagnosis and eating GF my bowels are very loose. After using this particular mix of flour, I get very binded for days. It happens only when I use this specific GF flour. Not sure if it’s the millet flour in it but this doesn’t happen with the other brands I usually buy.
Had a bad taste.

Had a bad aftertaste and didn't hold together well. The aftertaste was very pronounced and unpleasant. I wouldn't use in anything where the flour was a primary ingredient again.
Doesnt compare to Bob's Red Mill 1 to 1

GF bakers beware. This unfortunately doesn’t compare to any other 1 to 1 blends out there. It left my blondies recipe crumbly and disappointing. The main ingredient is sorghum flour, and the binder - xanthan gum - is last. It did not bind well at all. Bob’s Red Mill remains my gold standard even though it costs more. The main ingredient in that 1 to 1 GF AP flour is sweet rice flour, which has a gumminess to help everything bind. It just works better.
