I like these. I haven't noticed an improvement in the hair (yet). I am still on my first bottle though. The taste is great -- read alot of reviews of bad taste....not sure what they're talking about. Most hair growth vitamins do not actually work and I end up seeing no results, however these gummies are like not other and the amount of growth I’ve seen in my hair in just one month is mind blowing! I will continue to take these! They work well for me!

I think it's helping my hair but if you brush your teeth before taking don't bother, why would someone make a citrus flavor for a gummy you'll probably be taking in the morning when you brush your teeth. Yuck! I don't like citrusy flavors anyway, tropical or otherwise, so I wish it was in a better flavor or at least available in different flavors online.

These gummies are effective as you can see in the blonde hair pic it was frizzy and unhealthy.Inthe red hair pics soft and shiny ,a result of two a day for to weeks.they weren’t sticky the gummies were well worth the money.

So for starters, I haven’t noticed any actual hair growth, but I’ve noticed less shedding. The flavor of these gummies is tropical citrus and I hate to say it, but they’re nasty. They have a very weird citrus type taste and they leave an aftertaste as well. Also, if you have oily or acne-prone skin I’d be cautious when taking these every day. I decided to try gummies since biotin capsules tend to make me breakout. These didn’t make me breakout, but I kept wondering why my skin was suddenly extremely oily and it was because of the gummies. I stopped taking them for about a week and my skin went back to normal. These gummies also have coconut oil in them, which can also trigger breakouts. I won’t be repurchasing these

I was incredibly skeptical of this, not gonna lie. They smell good and they taste okay. If you take these as prescribed they do work. The amount of new hair growth/baby hairs I have now is insane, it’s actually been annoying me because they’re EVERYWHERE haha. Will definitely repurchase.

Wow! I am 5 months postpartum and my poor hair was falling out in clumps. It was hard to witness. I am now 3 weeks into taking these vitamins and my hair is growing back! I am so pleasantly surprised. I will be continuing to use these supplements. I highly recommend!!
