A: Our products require full assembly, including drawers. You will need a hammer and two types of screwdrivers - Phillips head and flat head. A drill or power screwdriver will make assembly go faster.

Q: Are the drawers removable? I try to pull them out but there is a stopper preventing me from pulling them all the way out.

A: Yes, they can be removed. On each drawer side you will see a plastic "arm" above the glide. Pressing these in toward the drawer side (on both sides at once) will allow you to remove the drawer. The stopping mechanism is there to prevent them from being pulled out intentionally. Please contact our Customer Service at 1-877-773-7221 or parts@prepacmfg.com for assistance.

The tracks a flimsy pieces of wood, drawers rarely stay aligned making it impossible to open and close, one track has completely fallen off. For the price point, the quality is ridiculous.

Upon first glance, item is a simple black dresser. Material is a bit cheaply made, but that was to be expected at the price point of the dresser so not knock there. The instructions were utterly horribly written and incredibly difficult to follow. Pictures with unclear instructions and minimal directions. Took 3-4 hours to assemble and process is painstakingly difficult. Would rather pay 2-3x more for a dresser assembled as opposed to ever do another one of these...

Do not buy this dresser!!! It will fall apart within a week. I even had a professional contractor to fix it! And it lasted for two weeks. The drawers completely collapsed. I would not recommend and wish I didn’t buy

Nice looking and fairly easy to assemble, though time consuming. NOT impressed by the PLASTIC drawer glides, my 4 year old has difficulty opening the drawers, though I do like that they lock in and cannot be accidentally pulled out.

I hate it. Three parts were missing, one of the drawers doesn't close properly, and it is not sturdy whatsoever. If I hadn't had it sent to my daughter 12 hours away from me I would get it and return it. I have never been this disappointed in Target ever.

Honestly this caused such a huge fight tonight haha. This is the cheapest dresser I think I’ve ever seen. The flat lock screws are so much smaller than the hole and they don’t lock in properly. It kept busting the particle board. This didn’t make it through the “assembly” process, and I WILL be getting my money back tomorrow. Seriously I am wondering how anyone ever gets these together. FYI my husband actually does cabinets by trade so this should have been super quick and easy. Not okay at all. :/

The dresser looks like the picture and it is a nice size. Assembly was pretty easy just as long as you read the instructions in detail. The parts are not able but its pretty easy to identify which is which. The one thing that I dont like is the plastic hinges that help the drawer slide in and out because I feel like they are kind of flimsy and the drawer pops out of place easily

Easy to assemble. You do need to know it is heavy when assembled and you need adequate room to spread out parts. Looks good for the price paid. Included pen to fill in scratches (did not have any scratches up delivery) or misaligned corner (1/32" of an inch overhang on bottom front corner for about 11/2". Pen covered it right up.) All around good value. Only have had for a short time but have yet to have a dresser "break" on me. Looking to buy another one.
