I have eaten at least 10 jars of this cashew butter and I like it a lot. Here is a tip for those reviewers who complain about excess oil: I do not find this problem after I stir it well with the blending rod handheld mixer beater attachment (with the disc shaped bottom ) or a regular beater. I stick it right in the jar and mix up well from the bottom. Takes only a minute and gets all the more solid butter mixed with the oil. Otherwise it is very hard to thoroughly mix the 2. Do this and the texture will NOT be too oily.

I like that there's minimal ingredients. Safflower isn't the best oil, but it's good and tasty for what it is. I'm glad that it doesn't have added sugar or salt. I'm sure it would taste good with a little sea salt. I've seen cashew butters with a much higher price with many added salts and preservatives. This one is priced reasonably and I recommend it for that reason.

This is the best cashew butter I’ve tried and probably the cheapest! I go through, at least, 2 jars a month. I use it as a spread or while cooking. If you turn the jar upside down for a while before opening for the first time it is easier to stir- not that it’s that hard to mix to begin with.

This is my favorite nut butter. Great flavor without added salt and sweetener. You do have to stir very well before use and it is a looser texture than traditional peanut butter. Taste and price cant compare to the other nut butter brands.

My experience with Target's brand Good & Gather has been hit or miss on most items, but this Cashew Butter is quite nice & at a decent price point too. It tastes just like ground cashews & though would prefer some salt it's simple to rectify that with a sprinkle of Maldon Salt when you eat it. Guess being unsalted appeals more to the masses. Am contemplating using in place of peanut butter for cookies, but not sure it'll work as think this is considered a natural nut butter. It's tasty on it's own. Think you'll enjoy it, give it a go. Have already reordered!

I wasn’t expecting much. Cashew butters are becoming harder and harder to find. But the flavor of good and gather creamy cashew butter is like roasted cashews. It does have safflower oil in it, which makes it a thinner consistency, but compared to so many other cashew butters. This one’s pretty great.

I've been getting this cashew butter for a long time. Usually i drain off the top seperated oil and stir the rest so its thick and creamy. The last bottle I got was mostly oil. It's so thin and drippy even after leaving it in the fridge. It's hard making a sandwich since it runs out and is messy.

Ok. So all the people who have only ever had big name brand peanut butter. You have to stir a natural product. It isn't natural for a nut butter to NOT separate. You will never be able to open a jar of nut butter that isn't loaded with additives and not have to stir it up. The sooner you can accept that, the sooner you'll like healthy nut butters. That said, once you have thoroughly stirred this cashew butter so you aren't just eating the oily residue off the top, it is fabulous tasting and the perfect consistency. Great product at a pretty good price!

I disagree with other reviewers. I think the taste is great and mild compared to other cashew butters I've tasted. This is mythe smoothest cashew butter I've bought and it's not grainy at all. However, this gets 4 stars instead of 5 because the oil separates completely from the butter. I've bought other all natural nut butters before but this one by far takes the most amount of work to mix together. It ends up being lumpy unless you use a hand mixer.
