This formulation contains 100% Rosehip Seed Oil that is cold-pressed and organic. Rosehip Seed Oil has a variety of topical benefits and is rich in linoleic acid, linolenic acid and pro-vitamin A. Due to its unique composition, it is able to balance the look of visible sebum production, reduce signs of aging, and provide antioxidant support to the skin. Rosehip Seed Oil also hydrates the skin by enhancing the skin's moisture barrier, and enhances skin radiance by reducing the look of uneven tone and dullness. Other rise hip oils are priced around the same. I honestly really like the application and it always seems like this lasts longer. I honestly prefer this formulation compared to online brands, they tend to feel heavy and the natural ones are pricey. When i can not get the ordinary I just go to tge local natural beauty shop.

If you're not familiar with Rosehip oil here are some things to know: - It acts similar to a retinol and can take up to 12 wks to really notice improvement - Start slowly; once a day 2-3 times a week to begin then increase once skin becomes accustomed - Press/pat oil into skin, do not rub or it will pill - Allow 10-15 minutes to absorb if you intend to add an additional product after - Be careful pairing with retinoids/retinol especially if you are already sensitive Hope these tips help and you are able to enjoy the full benefits of rosehip oil

I have have rosacea and this is the only oil I use for my nighttime routine where I see results. Ive tried having multiple products in my skincare routine that made my condition worse and have tried other antiagining treatments thats 'sensitive' to rosacea, but has caused my skin to flush. This oil is all you need for those with rosacea. This oil diminishes the redness, and most pastules are gone by the next morning. In addition, my skin looks plumped and bright the next morning which is a big plus. A little goes a long way. I dont use an entire dropper, otherwise itll make my face too greasy. Use just enough where its set on your skin.

I decided to try this product based on some influencers on Instagram. I find the faint smell to be a little too much and the serum leaves me feeling greasy but very smooth after a few hours. I will continue to try and find the benefit of this product.

I was so sad and disappointed when I found out they discontinued my beloved B oil. As someone with older/drier skin I loved the B oil and found it intensely hydrating without causing breakouts. I contacted the Ordinary to see what they would recommend instead and they suggested Rosehip oil. I do like it and find it non irritating and it does not cause breakouts but it's def not as hydrating as the B oil. I wish they would bring that back :(

Fantastic product. I just bought my fourth bottle. Don’t be like me and use too much, just a little goes a long way! My skin gets super dry during winter so I use it at night and it helps so much. Sometimes I even use it in the daytime and it doesn’t make my face greasy and works well with my makeup. My fine lines have faded as well. just buy it!

I went to Ulta to purchase The Ordinary's Marula Oil (I usually use Drunk Elephant and wanted to try it for the lower price point), but I accidentally purchased the Rose Hip Seed Oil instead. Once I realized my mistake I was planning to return it. However, after reading the benefits of Rose Hip Seed Oil I decided to keep it. I'm so glad I did! I add a couple of drops to my Drunk Elephant night time routine (Protini, TLC Framboos, and Bouncy Bright.) After one use, I woke up with hydrated and glowing skin. I've been using for a few weeks without any issues or breakouts. My skin looks great! I've also been adding a few drops to my Vanicream body lotion for extra hydration on my legs and arms! I totally recommend!

I was having trouble finding a facial oil that did not make me break out in hives as I am super sensitive so I did some research and saw that Rosehip oil was highly recommended for people like me and this definitely did the trick no reactions or breakouts and plenty of moisturizing

This product had been a favorite of mine for years now. I have dry acne prone skin and this oil is game changing. I have eliminated most OTC and even prescription products and just used a light hydrating serum and this and my skin is so happy. Makes your skin elastic, bouncy, hydrated and provides a nice even glow due to its dark color. Rosehip oil is also great for ance scars and this one has shown me the best results.

I haven't written a positive review so fast. Just give minutes after applying this on after washing my face and before applying moisturizer I could feel my skin drink this up. The California fires and strong winds have taken a toll on my skin and I wake up with the tightest driest skin ever. I've been craving a skin oil and am so glad I decided to try this one out. Will be a staple during drier seasons for sure. The only downside I can tell you is that it is stinky but it's not a lingering smell so I do not think it deserves less stars.
