I have used this product for years, but after using the new bottle I bought I broke out in a terrible rash that was red, itchy and inflamed, and felt like a chemical burn. I have really sensitive skin already, but this broke me out so badly had a similar reaction with the ordinary niacinamide definitely not buying this brand anymore.

My face literally glows to the point where it looks reflective after I put it on. Perfect if you are looking for the TikTok famous glass skin. Also use CosRx snail music and your golden. Supremely hydrating and you really can't get better especially for the price :)

This very affordable product definitely improves the many fine wrinkles around, and especially under my eyes. I use it after cleansing my face before bed or in the morning before my face moisturizer and makeup. It is colorless and odorless. A small amount goes a long way.

It's rare I leave reviews, but this one felt important. I had been using this product pretty much as long as it had been around, and it was perfect. But about a year ago, my skin started breaking out in painful, cystic acne unlike anything I've ever experienced. I didn't think it could possibly be due to a product I had been using for years, so I continued using this serum. I could not figure out why my skin was the worst it had ever been in my life and tried just about everything to fix it. Recently, I ran out of this product and couldn't restock right away… and my skin cleared up almost over night. I thought it was a fluke, restocked, and my skin broke out almost immediately after starting this serum again. I stopped using it, and again, my skin cleared up almost immediately. What I wish I had known a year ago but found out today was that The Ordinary completely changed the formula. I had no idea, and the timing lines up to exactly when my skin problems started. I was buying a completely different product and had no clue. I'm so sad to say I will never buy this again, as it was a holy grail product for me a long time. If you've noticed the same issues I did, maybe try cutting this one out.

Recommended to me by an esthetician due to my extremely sensitive, dry and aging skin. Due to this, I was cautious about trying it. However, using as directed for over three weeks, I've had no redness, blotchiness, burning, breakouts, etc.

Compared to other serums I've used, this serum doesn't seem to help with dry skin and didn't really notice a difference using this. Made my dry skin more apparant and peeled even more.
