Bad formulation change
The formulation recently changed and has no where near the same benefit. The consistency is much thinner and the bottles also got smaller for the same price. This is very disappointing as this was my go to brand and product

I have tried it today as well as the conditioner and pre shampoo, LOVED!!! I paired them with the eva-nyc hair mask and my hair is super super soft and shiny! I have thick long hair and this gave it a thin feeling but not in a bad way, def but if you have dry ends.

Not the same as the smaller bottle
This conditioner is a totally different product from the one in the smaller tube bottle size. I love the regular one and thought this would be a cost effective way to repurchase it, but it’s very thin. A *okay enough* conditioner for my hair so 2 stars, but so did not meet my expectations of what I was buying. Super disappointing.

Packaging SUCKS!
Love the product. HATE the packaging!!! It’s difficult to get all of the conditioner out of the bottle! The mouth of the bottle needs to be wider and the pump needs a longer intake tube.

Buy the smaller conditioner!
I had always purchased the bigger size set because I thought it was a better deal. However, as many of these reviews say, the larger conditioner bottle is SOOO runny! Like, when you pump some onto your palm, it literally falls through your fingers and doesn't even conditioned your hair. Crazy... it never used to be like that. So what I did was exchange it for the smaller conditioner tube (that one actually looks and feels like conditioner still).
