The rug is thin, so if your looking for a thicker rug then I suggest finding another brand but if your looking for something to cover the cold titles in your place then this is the one. For the 35 plus tax I paid, it's a good value. I had read reviews saying the color is between a white and ivory, and that's what I was hoping for, and that's what I got. The product seems durable and is soft under the feet. The tassels add an elegant touch. The rug arrived about a week ago and arrived within a week. It was well-packaged, and it didn't take much effort to lay the rug out flat, shape it a little, and lay the tassels out even. I smell absolutely no chemicals on this item as some have claimed. I'm assuming a chemical might be used to prevent staining(?) as I believe the company advertised this to be stain resistant. I've received compliments on it and would recommend it. Also, I don't know if my photos will turn out upside down, but whether I tried uploading them right side up or upside down, they still showed upside down from my end. I edited again and submitted them right side up, so it is what it is

Ordered 10x14 to go in high traffic living room on very dark chocolate wood floors. Exactly like most others' experiences. - a few days smell - kinks/folds worked out after a few days - vaccums well - feels soft & smooth - is a bit thin, but not noticable IMO unless you take your hand and push the pile forcibly apart. - true to size and straight edges (which is difficult these days with rugs) Have dog with long (shedding) black hair and it doesn't show and vaccums out very well from looking at contents of the vaccum container. 4 starts b/c I haven't heard any reviews on how on earth to clean the whole thing. It's not a natural fiber, so I'm curious if I can use a carpet cleaner on the whole thing when the time comes to do more than spot clean.

This rug arrived larger than I expected. It took a few days to get the wrinkles out from being rolled up. It wasn’t what I expected as is usually the case when going order on line. But now that I’ve had it for about week, I love it more each day. The color is a cream/ very light beige. It’s very neutral, SOFT and cozy. I love the tassels on the ends. I would not say that it’s super thick but there are just enough fibers to make it feel good on your feet. I guess I would describe it as a long shag. But I really really like it. We have it in our living room. Lastly I was very worried how it would hold up to a vacuum. The label said to use the bare floor setting. Not the carpet setting. I do feel that this would be damaging. But the bare floor setting is great! I get nice vacuum lines and it looks great after. I really have no complaints. I have a coffee table on it. I’m sure it would help to have some sort of carpet stickies for the corners. But it hasn’t really been necessary.

I hardly ever post reviews, but this deserves one. I purchased the 10x14 in ivory. I have newly refinished floors and needed a big rug for the tv room that the dog can play on without scratching the floors. I hesitated to buy this based on the reviews, but it has exceeded my expectations and I plan to buy a second one. It has long, soft shag but it is sparse - however, this is NOT a negative as it is much easier to keep clean. I vacuum it with my Dyson with the beater bar and there is little shedding. I purchased a 3/8 thick felt pad (no grip as the rug is already large and heavy) to go underneath and the felt is the perfect plush base (you need a plush pad under this rug, or any rug, for it to have cushion). I originally planned on removing the tassels, but they have grown on me! The dog had already thrown up on it (on a section of rug, trim, and tassel) but it cleaned up perfectly with natures miracle and then dawn dish soap/water. 10/10 value and comfort!

It's not the most expensive rug or the absolute best quality, but for the price I think it's really good. I've bought other rugs in the same pricepoint and they end up a disaster in a month or two. This one has been in my living room for 3 months (with an 8 year old and a crazy cat) and still looks new. If you want a rug that's more plush you definitely need to buy rug pads.

Perfect addition to my little girls room. Has a slight packaging odor (like a plastic smell) when you open it, but it aired out after a couple of days. Love it! Already had our first spill and it cleaned up so easily.
