My nephew is 16 and I have been buying these for him and he likes them! I always say it’s simple enough to take these and get the vitamins and nutrients you need! These actually help convert food into fuel with B-vitamins! They taste good and they’re good for him! I think it’s important to get teens interested in taking good care of their body!

My son loves it. So I love it! I was a little hesitant at first but when I seen the energy my son has from taking them for a week I am now a believer. Go get them for your teen sons.

Most of the time these are just fine. They’re the only ones I’ve found specifically for teen boys. The last bottle was melted together at the bottom, but Target replaced them quickly and easily, they shipped them to my door and I didn’t even have to go back to the store for the replacement.
