I figured out a way to greatly minimize the wobble myself! Too much hassle to return entire chair back into that giant box 😳

The first year worked so good that company was sit in it even if they were over the weight requirement so I broke. So now that chair is just a sitting chair. Bought another chair to replace it. My goal was to buy each family member in my house the chair I have one down and two more to go.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been eyeing different heating massage chairs for a while now. This one looks modern and had the features I wanted. I'm concerned it may not last a long time but have no way of knowing. The frame seems sturdy enough now but have read some reviews about it getting wobbly. Also the base pieces are covered with the chair cloth (fake leather). Time will tell on that. For now I am very happy with the chair. I think my favorite feature is that its a continusous glide - you have the ability to stop at any angle, not just two preset ones like most recliners. Last note - I didn't want a cord attached to the footstool so I just tucked that in. If you want your calves massaged you would have to use that though. Good chair IMO

My son gets to watch TV and play video games while getting a massage. Can't beat that. Good product, good quality. Definitely recommend it!!

It's definitely NOT a massage chair,more like a vibrating chair, it doesn't lean back as far as I would like it to or that I'm used to. The heating part is good, I can say that much, that's where the two star's came in at. If you have someone older that can't bend down much when they're sitting than this definitely isn't the chair for your household, it's kind of low sitting. The material isn't the best and it probably won't hold up for the many year's to come that you're going to plan on having it. I wanted something smaller for my bedroom and it fits that criteria but overall I'm not impressed or pleased!! Looks good on the eye since it's brand new, just hoping it stays that way for awhile. In the pictures you can see where it's going to be issues with the part you put your back on already.
