The Therapeutica Travel Pillow is designed to offer the same features as our full-size Therapeutica sleeping pillow, but in a convenient, travel size.
Created by an ergonomic designer, along with a doctor of chiropractic, the travel pillow is best for those who sleep on their back with a head cradle for back sleeping. However, it can be flipped over to accommodate side sleeping area when pillow is flipped over. This non-toxic, non-allergenic, molded foam pillow offers comfortable, yet firm, support to help restore the natural curve of the neck.
The unique design includes three distinct areas to help reduce neck pain and stiffness. The gentle incline of the wedge for upper back support and the firm cervical contour supports the neck, and the contoured head rest with airflow channels helps keep the head level. I highly recommend this pillow for people with cervical problems. I have tried many pillows to help with poor sleep quality from cervical pain and this brand of pillow has provided the most relief and best quality of sleep. It does take a night or two to get used to. I disregard the recommended measurements and go for the petite size as it best fits my neck for back sleeping. The petite size is a lower profile and provides the right amount of curve for me neck. The average size is too tall for my neck while sleeping on my back. I use the normal therapeutica pillow nightly for sleeping and it has significantly improved my quality of sleep by reducing neck and jaw pain. I’ve been wanting to try the travel size pillow for trips. I was given this travel pillow by core products as a product tester. The travel size fits my neck slightly different, but is just as effective at reducing pain while sleeping. It is a small size which makes it easy enough to pack and take with on travels. I find it works best with both the normal and travel sized pillow when sleeping on my back to put a feather pillow under my knees as a bolster for support to reduce extra tension on my neck. I would buy both the normal and travel size therapeutica pillows again. The travel size pillow is the perfect size to use on recliners, zero gravity lawn chairs, and couches as well.

I relaxed with this at increasing intervals before using overnight. I’m glad that I did. It seemed too much all ar once. I like that you can flip it to accommodate both back and side sleeping, because I do both. It’s perfectly supportive for my long, slim, and painful neck. I realize that it’s meant for travel, but I actually prefer it for everyday as well.

There is a wedged side for back sleeping. This side really didn’t work for me and I wasn’t very comfortable. I kind of don’t understand the idea of making this side a wedge. I didn’t have any neck support, personally speaking. The other side of the pillow has a cut out to rest your head if you’re a side sleeper, but I felt just as comfortable sleeping on my back using the side sleeper side. This pillow is very firm and gives a lot of support. I really like it.

I am a side sleeper and the neck is still better but my shoulders are still bugged a lot. I like to know if this pillow comes in a bigger size and I just havent seen .It really is a great pillow but I think my cat is upset he cant fit on it while Im sleeping.Lol. If any one has a bad neck TRY THIS PILLOW Thank you for this pillow. .

I have tried it as a back sleeper, and it is perfect for back sleeping as well. I have used Tri-core support pillows, but have found they weren’t firm enough for me. I would highly recommend the Travel pillow if you want a firm, contoured support for your head and neck.

This is the first pillow to relieve my neck pain. I no longer wake up with a sore neck. I knew it would work after the first night of use, but it took a few more nights to feel completely comfortable with the design. I use it as my regularly nightly pillow, and it’s smallish size means I can take it when travelling. Core Products was recommended by my physio. Before purchasing, I spoke to an excellent customer service rep who answered all my questions.

It takes up a lot of space and I'm a 100% side sleeper, but like to relax in bed on my back. The full-size version is so long it lops over on my wife's side and I end up towards the middle of the bed just to use the side sleeping edges. With the travel pillow, I've got all sorts of room now. If you are 100% side sleeper, this is the way to go! It feels a little bigger than the standard pillows in the area for side sleeping and as a bonus, you don't accidentally roll into the back sleeping area in the middle of the night and wake up with a kinked neck! I'd love it if there were a double side sleeper model- just take out the back sleeper portion.

This is THE only pillow I can use for my neck! Having tried many, many pillows, rolled up towels, a pool noodle - my doctor recommended I try the therapeutica pillow. Thank God!! I have the standard size and the travel size. They both work for me!! I wake up free of neck pain, and with total mobility. It’s wonderful!! Thank you for this fantastic pillow!!

I use the normal version of this pillow every night at home. I bought this for a 5 night trip and it worked wonderfully. It does have some slight differences from the full size version, but was so much better than floppy hotel pillows.

This is the only pillow that I can find whose shape correctly supports my cervical spine in a neutral position. A pillow should have an indentation in the middle for the back of the head, and sufficient support for the cervical spine. I don't like my head being raised forward as I sleep, I feel that it should be in a neutral position. I have a number of serious cervical spine injuries that I manage and this is the only pillow I can use where I won't wake up from a night's sleep in pain. I think it is great. I am a 5'11', 165lb male, 100% back sleeper, and I use the petite version of the travel pillow not only during travel, but when I am home as well. Medium gives too much pressure and height on my cervical spine.

I purchased the travel size pillow after using the full size for several months. I was hoping to take it with me on an upcoming trip but now think it will be too large for my suitcase. I use it every night while laying on the sofa watching TV. It works great and I may even switch to using this in my bed. I have the same complaint as another reviewer as a smaller woman find the fuller size requires more movement and adjustment to go from back to side sleeping. Would recommend.

After enjoying the sleeping pillow for a month, I decided to buy the travel size for my two week vacation in the Middle East. Ir'a hard to believe that I like it more than the regular sleeping pillow. I am a small woman and when turning to my side on the larger pillow, needed to move over a bit . With the travel pillow, I just flip it over. I highly recommend either for relief of neck pain. In the two months I've been sleeping on them, I've rested well and have had no morning neck pain
