I have used a core products pillow every night for 10 yrs. That pillow is still going strong. My husband finally wanted one, so we ordered 2 as I wanted a backup. I love these pillows so much for their head and next support that I take mine with me when travelling as hotel pillows generally suck.

I have purchased double core cervical pillows for many years, as the ONLY pillow that fits my needs. I have cut some down to fit in carry-on luggage, as I couldn't sleep a single night without it. My Core Products pillows have been around the US, to Mexico, and Ireland. So why a one star review? The entire pillow has been re-engineered. You now have four options that you can pop in and out. They are just not even close to the quality of the original. They seem to shift around and just don't have the same support. I gave it a good four months of use, trying to be optimistic, and had luckily saved my old original pillow which I am now using. No idea what I will do next, but this pillow just isn't working like the original. Why did you mess with perfection?

I have problems with my neck. After years of looking for a good supporting pillow, my chiropractor recommended the dual core pillow. After years of using it and since discontinued, I now use this one. Without them I wake up with horrible headaches. Definitely a must have pillow if you are in need of cervical support when you sleep!

I have bought the double core, not the double core select, for many years and loved it. But now it's discontinued. The double core select does not encase the lobes well, so they flatten out. I cannot use it.

After initial break in period- one or two nights- I sleep well and have not had any neck aches when I wake in the morning. I’m more of a side sleeper than back and this pillow has worked for me.

I bought this because the double core pillow is no longer made. The smaller side of these pillows fit me perfectly, using the firm core. I do feel this foam is not lasting long enough. I’ve only had this pillow a few weeks and it seems to be losing support already. Overall, the fit of the pillow is perfect. I have concerns the foam will degrade too quickly , though.

My expweince has been all good. I have been using a Core neck roll for short periods of time to help with my posture. I now get that benefit all night with the Double Core pillow plus I am sleeping better than ever.

I don't know how this is even called a pillow. It provided zero support, even less than a regular non-contour bed pillow. What a waste of money.
