A: Yes, connect to a properly 3-prong grounded GFI outlet only and use the correct recommended cord. Use only outdoor extension cords marked as "SJOW" and "suitable for use with outdoor appliances." For cords up to 25 feet, use 14-gauge. For 25 to 50-foot cords, use 12-gauge. Cords longer than 50 feet are not recommended. Using the incorrect cord could lead to the cord overheating, melting, and/or a drop in voltage. A drop in voltage can increase preheat times and impact cooking performance and/or cook times.

This grill was a warranty replacement. The new features (link to a phone app) make grilling/smoking so much easier. I can see the status of what is in the grill while I am doing other prep in the kitchen. 2 thumbs up Ninja!

I spent a lot on this small grill, thinking it would be the easiest to cook with, but it’s been a disappointment. There are hardly any recipes available, and you can’t really grill with the lid open because it loses heat quickly, making it hard to get the temperature back up. It didn’t even come with a recipe book, or any helpful hints…just a few ideas. Overall, it’s been very challenging to cook on. I’ve ended up covering it, storing it in the garage, and using a small portable gas grill instead when cooking for myself, rather than bringing out my large Egg grill. They make it look so easy on the TV ads, but it’s not! Save your money!

I bought this grill several months ago. Love It. It unfortunately was caught in the aftermath of Helene and took a tumble. Several parts broke off and it looks a little crooked but this machine fired right up!! Have used it numerous times since then. Great product.

I have been so pleasantly surprised and thrilled with my Woodfire grill! I can smoke meat with a really good flavor in a fraction of the time I'd spend doing it on a big smoker. I am super low-effort a cook and have really enjoyed being able to have a very tasty smash burger or smoked chicken in no time. I highly recommend!!

I have made the most tender and best tasting ribs on my new Ninja Woodfire Pro Connect XL Outdoor Grill, in my life! The phone app stayed connected wherever I was in my house and notified me when the desired temperature was reached! The Ninja phone app has several preset temperature probe settings that make it easy to use. Easy cleanup too!

Nice grill. The grill grate needs a little grit/texture to it. The non stick surface is very nice but the food slides around on it. A little bit of texture to the grate would be better when cooking steaks. The water proof cover is very tight. It could be a little looser. I bought a bigger one for more coverage.

This thing is awesome! This smokes and grills better than my Traeger grill/smoker. I was shocked at the amount of flavor you get for being an electric grill. It cookes fast and evenly, and the cleanup is easy. I ordered the griddle attachment and it works great for eggs, french toast and even stir fry. You only need about a half a scoop of pellets to get a good smoked flavor so a bag lasts a really long time! Highly recommend!

Just tried our new grill!!! My husband and I are blowed away. Precise cooking. First time smoke beef roast and it came out perfect. The smoke flavours are so good and it was so easy and fast. Best of all the clean up was a breeze. I mean you can actually clean the grill instead of brushing it like a regular bbq. Can’t wait to try other functions!

The grill gives the same flavor as an outdoor propane grill without the hassle of dealing with propane and flames. This grill take half the time to cook compared to a regular grill, so you have to keep an eye on the food because it will be done before you know it. The wood fire really flavors the food, you can smell the wood fire a block away. The air fry pan lets you cook multiple items at once.
