GCI Outdoor Freestyle Rocker Foldable Rocking Camp Chair

I have purchased 6 GCI Freestyle Rockers and enjoyed them very much. The only issue I have is when I purchased them there was a life time warranty. Since then they changed the warranty to 3 years, and they made the change retroactive. Therefore they did not honor the original warranty.

This is my second Freestyle Rocker. It's a little higher than the first. I would describe it as "normal" chair height. It's very comfortable, easy for transport and set-up. The "rocker" feature is the reason for purchase, and it's done very well.

I bought my FIRST GCI Rocker, more than seven years ago. It is still in working order, even after having taken it to the beach; leaving in the rain; and using it countless times over the years. The “abuse” the chair endured, took a toll on its appearance; (it faded, and had a split on the underside of the seat) it was time for a new one. The logo was still visible, so I looked on Google, and there it was! My original one was blue, so I wasn’t sure about the “Pumpkin Spice”, but I guess this particular model is being discontinued, so I ordered it anyway. I LOVE IT!! I ordered another one, right away and may order a couple of others before they’re gone. I don’t care much for the “new” models with the mesh back; that mesh would dry rot in no time…then what. I love the all canvas material, even in the orange color. I hope to use my new chairs for many years to come.

I ordered this chair to replace one that I've had for years. It's very comfortable and durable.

These are pretty nice chairs, but they are heavy. We were looking for some chairs to use at the beach, but the store didn’t have any summer stuff out anymore. So we got these instead. Because of their weight they’re not great for carrying back and forth from the beach to beach house or car, or to carry out to the little league field, which is also what we’ve used them for. But the rocking feature is nice and the material they’re made of seems like they’ll be pretty durable.

This is the most comfortable camping, gather around the fire, watch a day of soccer games chair. It looks great, rocks but is steady to eat at a picnic in. It wipes clean nicely. I thought I discovered it but looked around at a recent outdoor party and saw several. I’ve never been complimented on a folding chair until this one. Worth every penny.

Very comfortable and easy to travel with

Love almost everything about this chair...short coming, and it's personal, I'm 5'10 and the length from back to front - cuts the back of my thighs. If I am leaning back and rocking - not really an issue, but sitting conventionally, my thighs can feel it after a period of time. I'd recommend despite this - can't do anything about my height!

This is very nice outdoor chair. Super easy set up and smooth rocking feature. Wish it had a table and a wasn’t so expensive but happy with my purchase.
