The boxed Queen frame was long and heavy, making it difficult to get around corners and upstairs. But the weight was understandable because the frame is solid wood. The slats, however, are flimsy - less than 3" in width and 3.5" apart, which is too far apart for most modern mattresses and their warranties. I tried to get an extra set of slats but customer service not only wouldn't sell me any but also warned me against adding my own. It would be impossible to take the frame apart and repack it so I'm basically stuck with it and risking my mattress.

This bed is wood except for the center posts. Looks nice. I like the 16" height which is slightly higher than our previous bed. It's easier to make and easier to get up out of. Also the cats can walk right under it. Best part was how nicely the pieces fit together. It gave us a lot of confidence in the bed.

If I could give it a zero I would. I have had to reorder this TWICE since both times they gave me the wrong color! I am not able to return it again due to an injury, so I am annoyed that they did this two times!!!! NEVER ORDER THIS!

This bed is so nice! I can't believe it was so inexpensive. The packaging was good, which matters a lot with furniture (nothing chipped, wasn't left with a whole barrel of Styrofoam). It was super easy to put together, I didn't need any help, and I live that it came with a ratcheting Allen wrench that's actually good quality, super happy to have that. I have so much storage space under my bed now, and it doesn't creak at all.

It was super easy to put together and really goes with the Boho theme for our bedroom. I like the look of the natural wood and the simple design. I feel that it is fairly sturdy and am not concerned that it will break. Overall, super happy with this! I love the warmth it adds to my bedroom.

This is extremely well made, sturdy wooden bed frame and you don’t even need to use a boxspring. You can simply put a mattress right on it. It was incredibly easy, simple and quick to get put together, less than 30 minutes or so. Minimal tools are needed to put the bed together and it’s so much more comfortable than the metal bed we had before this. We will be using this years to come! I love the natural, wooden look of it and highly recommend.

The box arrived and it had all the pieces within ready to assemble with the directions included. It came with all the right hardware, dowels, and cute wrench. The slats even have a non-slip grip to prevent the mattress from moving which is so appreciated. No box spring is necessary! It is very sturdy and has held up perfectly so far with approximately a months use. Beautiful and highly recommended for your space!

My 16 year old put it together quick. He loves it. Fit his mattress perfect. It is pretty high so its perfect for storage underneath. Going to get some baskets for it so we can store some stuff.

Our daughter is particularly sensitive to the squeaking sound it makes and wrapping it made it less noisy and much easier to cleanup. As others have said, the materials and construction quality are top notch. It's simply a beautiful bed frame and every detail is really well done -- from the velcro strips to hold the slats in place to the rubber strip that prevents the slats from clacking against the metal center support. From pulling the box back to the bedroom to full assembly was less than an hour and I did it myself. No need for an extra set of hands or help -- assembly is a simple and straightforward one-person job.
