Acne Cleanser - 2 months ago

I never have written a review but i would like to let those know who might face similar issues. I have oily, acne prone, not so sensitive but depends on my diet. I would use this in the mornings and was trying to figure out why my eyes would get so watery. To preface, i dont rub the cleanser around my eyes and i use an eye cream at night. I used my other cleanser and i was fine. Ill use up the rest of this cleanser on my body but i wouldnt suggest on your face. It has a nice cooler affect which some people would think it feels more burning. My skin loves salicylic acid but i think its the tea tree oil and parfum being the last ingredient on the list that could be burning eyes. Hope this helps!

I accidentally bought this since it looks similar to the murad mattifying moisturizer I use. Well since I've been using this 2 weeks and its gotten rid of my stubborn acne I double cleanse with my cerave face wash for oily skin and then use the murad wash then follow with moisturizer. Im 24 and still struggle with hormonal and stubborn acne and this has already almost completely gotten rid of everything!!! Helloo to clear skin days and confidence< 3

I purchased this for my teenage son. He's having the typical teenage hormonal acne, but it's kind of bad. He's dealing with it on his face as well as his back. Within the first week we saw improvements. Even in the first few days, the swelling and redness were instantly soothed, and the swelling and irritation definitely went down. As he's continued to use it, we are definitely seeing results!

One day a few months ago, my skin nust decided if hated me. Ive been on the hunt for ANYTHING that would help. Its not been just a little bump here or there. Its been terrible DEEP cystic acne. All over my face and neck. I happened to see this at shme shmay shmax and omg its changed my life. My face has cleared up so good. I will continue to buy this here. Yes its pricey but i promise you its so worth it. I dont do reviews but i know theres a fellow old gal like me in the trenches
Avoid the 13.5 largest size bottle.

The cleanser itself is okay, it leaves your skin feeling clean and refreshed but it does tend to dry my face out and the biggest problem I had was with the largest 13.5 oz size. The pump is completely useless, you get not even a full pump out and then it is stuck in that position so your only choice is to unscrew the pump and get the cleanser off that way. Can be harsh and dry your skin especially the corners of your mouth I'd follow up with a good moisturizer. I think it is way over priced, Murad has always been super expensive.

This product is not good if you want your makeup removed but its really good if you have a bit of acne. My skin feels fresh after every use and the effect its good. You maybe not like it by the minty aftertaste but i like it so it depends on you. Its pricey YES, worth the price? I dont think so, they are way cheaper options for the same thing but if you are looking for something a bit high end this may be good for you.

They ruined a great formula by adding menthol, it feels like I am washing my face with toothpaste so it ruins the experience for me. I cant imagine this working for sensitive skin. If they come up with a version without the menthol I would consider repurchasing.

So I've recently been using this cleanser pretty consistently. To be honest, I've definitely been noticing a change in my skin. I usually have sparatic little red bumps and discoloration to my face.. but lately I haven't had a lot of it. Although, I don't see too too much of a big darastic difference.. I've been cleansing with this and then building a skincare routine with other products, which could also be why there is change at all. I cleanse with this product, spray my face with mario badescu, moisturize, and then put serum in my lashes. I would recommend this if you're looking to start a routine. Consistency is key if you want a product to really work for you though. It's approved in my book as of right now though :)

Used this cleanser for a week until these small bumps under my skin started popping up on my entire face. My face is not smooth like usual, I wonder how long it'll take for it to go back to normal. I've never had such a reaction to a cleanser.

This product cleared my skin within 2 weeks. Ive still got minor bumps but i pair it with the acne toner and spot treatment & its amazing for the skin. Its got a minty feel and when i wipe my face with the toner after cleansing theres 0 dirt/color on the cotton round. 10/10
