A: Hi Ciararo! Our cream and gel products feature an airless system. This means there's no dip tube and the bottles use an inner piston to push the product to the top of the pack. Please be advised that unscrewing the pump may temporarily compromise the mechanism, since this will introduce air into the airless system. To dispense the product, we'd recommend re-attaching the pump securely and pumping the bottle until you’re able to consistently dispense the product, to remove any air bubbles that may now be present.

Very basic moisturizer not worth $15 for 1 fl oz. Packaging could be better I hate how you cant guarantee all product is used since its hard plastic. I have very oily skin and cerve is so much better for the value less money and 8x the size

Hydrating without being greasy and has saved me from the irritation and flaking caused by starting retinaldehyde. However I will say the pump doesn't always work well and I have to press down several times to get a full pump that will cover my face. But I think it's worth it, I am acne prone and oily and it doesn't break me out at all. I see complaints about the price but there are brands charging +$30 for 50mL so I'm not too upset with it.

Formula is great, plays well with makeup. The smell sucks.I reduced my rating by a full star because the smell is just awful. It isn't a fragrance. It's an ingredient. I've worn Skinceuticals CE Feurulic which smells like hot dogs at first so I thought this would be fine. Twenty minutes later in my car... Why do I still smell it? After school drop off, makeup on, picked up my coffee, got to work....it still smells. Whyyy? It's a really light formula, feels very nice, my skin is really hydrated. It played well under my makeup. But good gods, the smell lingers. Maybe if I followed it with a most but that would require more money spent on more products. I'll try it a little longer but this won't be a holy grail for me, unfortunately.

I have sensitive acne prone skins and this moisturizer is great. It’s not heavy feeling but definitely moisturizes very well. My skin feels very hydrated without feeling clogged or causing any breakouts. There is not smell with this product and feels great on the skin. I wish there was more product per bottle but otherwise great.

Feels great on my skin, not too heavy but still keeps it very hydrated. My only gripe is that you don’t get a whole lot in container, the size of it makes you feel like you’re getting quite a bit more product than you actually do. Seems like a waste of plastic, which I can’t stand. But the gel cream itself my skin has been super happy with.

I was in need of a new moisturizer and typically I am normal to oily, so I wanted to try a gel based moisturizer. I was a little apprehensive because of it being winter and having dry spots. It has felt so good on my face, so smooth and moisturizing without feeling oily/greasy. When I am done with the trial size, I will be purchasing the regular size.
