Sweet Logic Gluten Free Just Add Water VEGAN Brownie Mug Cake Mixes

These cakes in a mug are yummy. The fusge brownie had a good taste with a coconut after taste. The standard way to make the mug cake makes very little and didn't fill up even half of the mug. The additional recipe with butter and an egg was a little better. For the calories i was expecting a more substantial dessert.

I made the Confetti Cake mix in a big mug not knowing how much it would expand upwards. A normal coffee mug will workout fine in the microwave on a high temp. I followed the packet instuctions and the cake was not as pretty as pictured (confetti in batter). The taste is bland at best.

These were ok. They definitely didn't get big and bulky and puffy like shown in the picture, but that was ok, as it left room in my mug for a scoop of vanilla ice cream! I tried using both the regular method and the egg and butter method, and I preferred the egg and butter method, but both were good. To note, they definitely have a hint of coconut flavor to them.

Loving this red velvet cake in a mug! Just with the water was okay, but adding the optional ingredients made it taste great! Easiest & quickest cake I've ever made. A great red velvet cake without all the sugar.

I really wanted to like this Sweet Logic Red Velvet Mug Cake mix. But, that's just not the case as I was really disappointed. It's very simple to make as all you need to do is add the mix to the mug, add a little bit of water and microwave it for 60 seconds. The look and quality of the cake is good and normal for Red Velvet. But, the picture and the name on the package suggest that it's a mug full of cake. That's not the case at all as the cake was only about 1.5" thick. As you can see in the picture the cake doesn't even cover the spoon. Also, the picture on the package shows a cake with frosting and there's no frosting included with this package. It does seem to be a relatively healthy recipe because it's made with Allulose which is a natural sweetener found in foods like figs and dates. Overall, I would not recommend this mug cake mix unless you make it in a tea cup or something really small so that you're not disappointed.

I received the Confetti Mug cake mix. The first packet I opened, I forgot there were supposed to be sprinkles in it because the colors were so light when the mixture was dry & all but disappeared when wet & then “baked” in the microwave. The directions could use a bigger break between the “just add” water & the “optional” instructions. It’s all ver smushed together so depending on the lighting in your kitchen; could be harder to differentiate. I was not overly impressed with the taste or texture both with just water and then with the added optional ingredients. This will do in a pinch but also not something I would go out of my way to purchase.

I love Sweet Logic products. They are low sugar great for my diabetes but taste just as good as a cake in a mug. They are delicious 😋 Its even better that this one did not require an egg. these are just right for my mornings.

My gluten free daughter really enjoyed this mug cake. It was easy to make, stayed nice and moist and had a lovely flavor without being overly sweet. I got her more to take to college with her! Will try other flavors too!

It was a little dry but it was rich and dense. The portion was much smaller than I expected, but it was very quick and easy to make.

I’m always looking for gluten free cake options and I was super excited to find these! Especially in a red velvet flavor (my fave!). The directions are super simple and the flavor was pretty good. Unfortunately, I failed to read the ingredients before consuming and only realized afterwards that this cake is not low FODMAP. Rookie mistake. While I think this mug cake would be great for most people, I would not recommend this product to someone with a sensitive stomach (like me).

I received this product to review, but am unable to consume it due to it not being kosher certified. This is unfortunate because I was really looking forward to it. Companies should be willing to meet the requirements for kosher certification so all consumers can use their products.

I used the direction were you just add the water. The red velvet flavor is horrible tasting, also after putting it in the microwave it was so griddy. I also had 2 other people taste it and they also ended up throwing it out because it tasted horrible.

I sampled the Sweet Logic Confetti mug cake mix and I was not impressed. I mixed the cake according to the instructions; I did not include any of the optional steps. The ingredients were stirred until smooth, but the cake did not cook up as expected. (Or like I had experienced with other mug cake mixes) It was basically in crumbles. Flavor was gross and left an aftertaste. I would skip a sweet treat entirely if this were my only option.

This mug cake is delicious! Tastes sweet, but not overly sweet I am reviewing the Confetti Mug Cake Mix. I like how it only has 3g of sugar, and is dairy free and gluten free. I didn't have any butter, so I added olive oil instead of butter, and it turned out fine. FYI, I also sprinkled some cinnamon onto my mug cake, so the dark specs in my mug cake photo are cinnamon. I like how this mug cake is high in fiber and you only end up with 3g net carbs when you subtract from 34 carbs the 7g of fiber, 23g of allulose and 1g of sugar alcohols. I am watching my sugar intake, and I am so glad to have discovered this product!

These Sweet Logic mug cakes are great! I don’t do gluten or dairy and it is hard to find convenient quick snacks like this. It is very easy and fast to make and it tastes great. My kids like them as well.

I thought that this cake would be great. GF and velvet, but it was bland, flakey, dry, and doughy which are all things that I’m not a huge fan of. I wasn’t blown away, but it could’ve been great. Maybe if I add some icing next time, but really, not all that enjoyable.
