Q: Can this be used in jewlery making, i.e. sealing the knot on stretchy string on a bracelet?
A: E6000 is a great choice when making jewelry--it dries clear, will flex with the bracelet, and is fully waterproof when it is cured. It should work great to seal the knot and make it secure. Thank you for your support of Eclectic Products and Target!

Q: Does this glue turn yellow over time? Like if I was to use it to rhinestone a car emblem.
A: E6000 is a clear adhesive but it may yellow over years of being in the sun's UV rays. If the adhesive is covered or painted it will have some added UV protection. Thank you for your support of Eclectic Products and Target!

Q: Can this glue be used to repair porcelain?
A: E6000 is a great choice for repairing porcelain and it holds very well. Clean both surfaces with acetone or rubbing alcohol prior to applying. For best results treat the product as a contact adhesive, meaning apply the product to both surfaces and allow 1-2 minutes for the product to get tacky before mating the two together and clamping/securing with weight for 24 hours. Q: Can I use this stick patches on beanies, puffer vest and nylon jacket?
A: E6000 works great for adhering patches on clothing. I bonds great with nylon, cotton, and wool, and should flex and move with the garment once fully cured. For best results, apply E6000 to both surfaces and allow 1-2 minutes for the product to get tacky before mating the two together and clamping/securing with weight for 24 hours. Q: Can i glue large mirror to a door with it? I'm reading that many glues / liquid nail products delaminate the back of the mirror / ruin it. Can it be safely used on the mirror back??
A: E6000 is a great choice for bonding a mirror to a wooden door. E6000 is widely used for this application and will bond very well; there should not be an issue with the backing of the mirror. Clean both surfaces with rubbing alcohol prior to applying. For best results treat the product as a contact adhesive, meaning apply the product to both surfaces and allow 2-3 minutes for the product to get tacky before mating the two together and clamping or taping in place for 24 hours. Q: Is it safe to use this glue to adhere a broken handle to lid on a dish that will be baked in the oven? I see an example image of a teapot, but it's unclear if this product can withstand heat.
A: E6000 has an upper tolerable temperature of 180F, so use on an item that will be used in an oven is not advised. Temperatures above 180F will cause the product to soften and fail. Thank you for your support of Eclectic Products and Target!

A: Yes, E6000 works great for this application! Make sure your surface is clean, dry and free of dirt before applying.
