Gorilla Super Glue Gel is an easy-to-use, thicker and more controlled formula* great for multiple surfaces and vertical applications. Developed for long-lasting repairs in an instant, the clear glue dries in 10–45 seconds. This super glue gel is specially formulated to absorb drops and impacts. Super glue, also referred to as cyanoacrylate glue, or CA glue, works on a variety of materials, including plastic**, metal, stone, ceramic, paper, rubber and more. If I could give it zero stars I would. As soon as I put the cap on and opened it, the glue started oozing out. It got everywhere, including on me as I frantically tried to get it on my ceramic item. I held the glued pieces together for a whole minute and shortly thereafter they fell apart. The glue did not do its job and it will promptly be returned. Bummer.

Used this to glue my daughters slipper strap back and it worked so far. Seems just like super glue but maybe not as sticky. It’s is gel. Watch out when opening. Don’t squeeze the container to hard cuz it just releases the glue and won’t stop until the pressure is good. I had to wait a while for the glue to stop coming out. Also the glue was wasted when that happened.

I bought this to repair various Christmas ornaments that fell apart, and it did a great job of sealing them all within 24 hours. It dries clear so even when I was a little sloppy with the application, they still looked great.

Specifically says it works on plastic, among other items. Needed it for a project dealing with plastic. Followed directions to a “T” and the bond didn’t last over 24 hours. Disappointed.

Hello, Gorilla Super Glue Gel will work on most plastics, however it is not recommended for polyethylene or polypropylene, as stated on the packaging. If the type of plastic is not known, the application becomes "trial and error." This glue is super strong; you don't want to get it on the skin at all. It works great, dries really quick, and has a good tip for guiding the glue so it doesn't leak. The only thing I would recommend, and this is for anyone using super glue, is to make sure there is no residue on the top of the glue, because the cap will stick to it! Great product all around.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Gorilla Super Glue Gel preforms perfectly! I glued two ceramic pieces together using only 3 drops since it recommends only 1 drop per square inch. I held the pieces together for 45 seconds and then waited 24 hours to test – held together without overflow glue running out. Next project was a canvas print which had detached from the back. I was able to dot around the entire perimeter and put the back on before the first drops dried. Fast and done right! A week later it is holding great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I actually go through a lot of glue/ super glue as I do a lot of crafting projects with super small pieces of wood/ paper/ wire. This has been a lifesaver when I need to glue something tiny, especially if it's two different mediums. A word to the wise - do everything you can not to get it on your hands or skin! It's just so strong that it takes a few days to come off. I'd recommend to any crafters out there, as well as anyone that needs a super durable glue to put something back together. It's strong and tries very quickly.

The glue was easy to use because it was thicker and stayed where I put it without running and making a mess. The frame is made of wood and has a rough texture but the glue is holding tight.
