Easy to vary and not super bulky and wide. I have several outside my laundry room to keep clothes sorted while waiting to be washed. We have a very small hallway that these are in and they don’t seem to be in the way. Quality is good too not super flimsy. Yes if you’re rough with them they will break because they are plastic. Great toy basket too. My kids love to hid in and under things and due to holes I don’t need to worry about them being a suffocation hazard.
