I didn’t realize this organizer was so customizable either, I knew some of the dividers were removable but not all of them! So you can easily arrange to your liking or even just take the dividers all out and just have a plastic organizer tray. I was able to fit many larger items on the back of the tray and some smaller ones up front. I do not regret this purchase! I received an incentive to write this review.
