The packaging is vibrant. The candle burns quite fast though. It is not a soy based candle for those who are concerted with indoor air pollutants. The candle burned very evenly. This candle is called desert sands and it definitely reminds you of the summertime. It has a sweet savory scent that fills the whole room with amazing smells. I really love the glass jar that it comes in. It is a bright, orange and very well-made. I plan to reuse this jar once I burn the candle down. I received an incentive to write this review.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wasn't quite sure what kind of candle would arrive with a name like desert sand. I was expecting warm and maybe a bit citrusy fresh. But what I got was something that smells like one of axe men's deodorant. A man's deodorant that has some citrus in it it but undeniably men's deodorant... at least to me. I don't really smell much fruit besides the citrus. And there's nothing warm to it... I was expecting maybe some Amber or something in there because if you think of desert, you think of warm, you think maybe oriental, but no. At least this one isn't as strong as the other desert sand candle that is in the ombre jar. I received an incentive to write this review.

I thought for sure it was going to be a summery scent with a big sun on the label but it wasn’t. I cannot place the scent but it reminds me more of a fall scent and very masculine. Its a great deal with an average burn time of 58 hours. The jar look so pretty when the candle is lit but unfortunately, I can’t stand the smell. I received an incentive to write this review.

I love the colorful sun on front because it reminds me of summer and a warm, tropical location! The scent is sweet and fruity so it is sure to freshen up the smell of any room in your house! I would put this on an end table in my room or my kitchen counter! I received an incentive to write this review.
