12oz Jar Candle with Lid Salted Lime - Room Essentials™

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The salted lime scented candle reminds me of sipping a margarita while on the beach under the setting sun. It’s not an overly strong scent, but it’s presence is pleasurable. I like how quickly and easily the wick was able to light up, as I have had candles that were difficult to light. This candle is of great value because its price fits the size. Additionally, the candle lid is attractive and brightens up the room. I received an incentive to write this review.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This candle from Room Essentials was such a nice break from our dreary, rainy weather today. It smells light and cheery and not overly sweet. The candle itself is a great size and seems like it will last for quite a while and I love the glow inside the rim of the holder when lit. The only thing I didn’t particularly like was the condition of the lid of the candle, which appeared to have some paint rubbed off or something stuck to it. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was a bit curious about how it's gonna actually smell when I ordered this and I am not disappointed for some reason it reminds me just a bit of a Caipirinha when you are almost done with it and use the straw to poke up the lime. . Just a bit, but it's there. I like the scent and am happy with it. I think the lid having a rubber seal is also great so all the scent won't disappear with time if I keep the lid on. Initially smelling this candle you get a hint of spring and summer giving you the warm weather feel. However after burning the candle the you do not smell anything. Compared to other candles that fill up a room with scent this candle is more of just a decoration piece. It’s cut to look at and when directly smelling it it’s great but not when lit. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was really looking forward to this candles because it looked super cute online. Although it has a nice scent, it is very strong. The bottom and top had some scratches on it and the lid is very thin and I doubt it will stay on properly after a few more opens. I got this because the colors and they are as shown in the picture but the overall quality is not too high on this one. I received an incentive to write this review.

4.5 stars for scent. Candle smells amazing, very beachy. The con is, it tunnels horribly. I had it lit in our dining room, and noticed the tunneling. I opted to place it in our bedroom on a candle warmer instead. Perfect solution for a candle that doesn’t burn evenly, and the scent fills the bedroom. I would only purchase to go on a warmer, not to light.
