Q: Some frames claim to sit 18 inches off the floor for ample storage space under the bed. How much storage space does this bed frame offer? Do bars under the bed block complete storage underneath bed?

A: Lowest point is 13 inches off the ground. Legs do block but they are not that big so you can store lots under the bed.

After having two recent bad experiences with bed frames and putting them together. I decided to order this one from Target, I'm glad i did. The only problem i had was putting the hooks from the legs to the frame, but i eventually was able to put all the hooks on. Other than that it was pretty simple to set up. So far I'm loving my new bed frame.

This was so easy to set up. I'm a seventy year old woman and it was so user friendly. But best of all it is so sturdy and when I put my mattress on it, it doesn't make a sound.
So quiet and better than my box springs. Also the storage underneath is a great bonus!! I believe I purchased the higher quality but I'm sure you could pay more but
I would buy this again. Also it came sooner than expected.

By far the easisest bed frame I've ever put together. Literally came out of the box in two folded pieces. Stretch them out, lock down the legs, bolt the two pieces together. I just used an allen wrence to snug the bolts tighter then with my fingers. The box it shipped in was small and easy to transport. I threw it in my pick up bed, but you can slide it into your car's back seat. I had slats left from my last bed so I put those down on top of the frame (you do not need slats - the bed is good to go out of the box) because I like a fairly firm mattress. My mattress is one of those fancy futons where the cotton wraps around a foam/spring core. So it is fairly bouncy itself. Let us see how it holds up, but frankly for the price and ease of assembly I would buy it again and again! BTW I weigh 184 lbs - just to give you an idea of weight capacity.

I got the frame because the mattress was in a spare bedroom. Went together very easily and from what I see it should be fine. I did wonder why the 2 screws that hold the two pieces together were so long considering the threaded area was short. But it went together very easily so far no problems.

Very pleased with this platform bed and I searched for many before deciding on this one. Very easy to assemble, no tools required. Sturdy as it is made out of steel. Doesn't squeak. Put on a bed skirt and it hides the legs. My mattress does tend to slide easily on it, but I have an air bed which is quite light. A foam or regular mattress would probably be better. Very happy that UPS delivered it to my front door of second floor apartment and It was received in good condition.
