It holds a good amount of liquid, so I would probably reach for this mug over others when getting my morning coffee. The handle is nice and large as well. The color is trendy with a light speckled glaze and the paw and lettering are a cute addition that add personality without looking garish. It is 14 ounces which is a nice, good size that holds a decent amount and is a bit bigger than the standard coffee mug. The stoneware is solid and I can tell it is quality material with a slight weightiness to the mug.
