I bought the Brita ultramax water dispenser with standard filter in January. The water tasted amazing! It’s the Best water I ever had. I definitely recommend getting this water dispenser! In March, I decided to get the elite filters because they last longer. I replaced the standard filter with an elite filter, did everything the directions said, and it tastes like chemicals. Absolutely disgusting. I’m waiting for a response from Brita to see what they have to say but I definitely don’t recommend getting the elite filters. I’ll update whenever I get a response.

The water tank has a minimalist design that is exactly what I like. It fits perfectly in the fridge, and my friends love it when they come to visit me. It is a really good idea as it helps my family save on plastic bottles to protect the environment. The water in the bottle tastes fresher and more reassuring than before. The bottle is also easy to fill or take out for cleaning. I am satisfied and it is worth recommending to friends.

I came home to find a shelf in my refrigerator filled with water and my dispenser empty with multiple cracks. I only had it for about a month. The temperature in the refrigerator was on the recommended setting. Not sure how and why this happened.

I bought this item on 01/04/25 and as of today 02/13/2025 the spicket is leaking all in my refrigerator. Very disappointing that I have to replace 30 days later.

I'm really happy with this water dispenser! The filter has a big capacity, so I don't need to refill it often. It's also super easy to use - just open the tap and pour. My kid can even get water by themselves, which is great. I also love the design. The gray lid matches my kitchen perfectly. And the best part? The water filters really fast!

I bought this product a few months ago, I have had an issue with it leaking in my fridge. I took apart the entire thing and even left it out on the counter, the leaking would not stop. I would definitely go with something else.

My first dispenser was leaking a lot so I replaced it thinking it was a problem with the nozzle. But even my replacement was leaking a little. Do not buy this unless you want your fridge to be soaked in water.

Have the ultra max for a couple months now to replace a brita pitcher. The ultra max constantly drips from the spigot after any use, creating a flood inside the refrigerator. The leak makes this product useless, it’s very infuriating

I had small one brita water pitcher but after while all dirt was stay by the handle side and I really don’t like that.so recently I purchased a water pitcher which is big and hold lot of water it’s really easy to clean.its fit perfectly in my refrigerator.

We love our Brita with the elite filter. Makes our tap water taste so fresh and clean. Testing strips also indicate that it filters out a lot of contaminents. Saves us a lot of money over buying bottled.

I bought this Brita and at the end of the first 2 refills the water was black! There’s no black flecks but the actual water is gray and transparent and very visible to the eye. I looked over it the first time thinking the filter needed to be flushed but it leaves a black film at the top of the water and it’s concerning to consume!

We loved the size of this Brita! The pitchers fill up one water bottle and then it has to be refilled. My daughter and her roommate use this one instead and it works great and lasts much longer! Love that it sits in a shelf too!

The water filter in my refrigerator recently stopped working so I bought a Brita Ultramax Filtered Water Dispenser as a temporary replacement. I was shocked by the quality, the filtered water from the pitcher is delicious and pure, even better than bottled water. I use it to make coffee, cook soup, cook instant noodles,... I even let my dog drink water from the pitcher. I was so surprised by the quality that I bought another Brita filter to stock up and have on hand whenever I need it.
