16"x30" Panoramic Landscape Framed Wall Art - Hearth & Hand™ with Magnolia

The picture itself is so pretty, but I ordered it online as it wasn’t sold in a store close to me. The print is very clearly not a quality print on art paper, but directly printed on what looks to be chipboard (like a cereal box) so it isn’t any kind of heirloom quality, but it is still very pretty and from even a short distance looks nice due to the fact it’s behind glass. I just wish I had a fully in tact undamaged item to hang… The (first) shipment arrived with broken glass. Called customer service (who was so kind) and helpful and they issued a replacement right away, as I stated that I definitely wanted the print - due to the fact that we designed part of a room around it, but unfortunately Target didn’t package it properly. She submitted a replacement with instructions to package better. The replacement showed up with more packing around it than the first — foam in front and back but instead of bubble wrap wrapped fully around the item and taped in place, it was tossed in with some air pillows that, unfortunately, did not keep it from shifting and being damaged. As soon as I saw the outer box I knew it was going to be damaged. And lo and behold this replacement had a chipped and dented frame, the cardboard corner protector was torn and also somehow stuck BEHIND the backer paper that is affixed to the back of the picture, and it had a scratch in the glass. Called customer service about it again, as I want the item but it isn’t sold in stores anywhere close to me - so the only way to get it is online and I couldn’t believe this is how they pack large fragile items. I was informed that they couldn’t issue another return but she would refund me as this clearly seems to be an item that is not shipping well (due to their inability to pack correctly). So currently I am refunded and without the item I need and designed part of a room around, and it isn’t sold in a store near me. While I understand not issuing endless replacements it’s a problem when I pay good money for something and it comes once damaged, and then a second time still insufficiently packaged and damaged yet again arguably worse than the first time. I didn’t create the problem, but now I have to live with the problem. If Target would bother using foam in front and back, and wrapping actual large bubble wrap around the item and the foam front and back and securely taping it in place (not using wadded up pieces of paper, or flimsy helpless air pillows) I have no doubt the item would have shown up undamaged. Instead they tossed it into a box with no secure buffer from carrier transit, unsecured, and crossed their fingers that it would show up okay with careless packing, because they thought it would save them a few dollars. Now they are out two pictures (as am I), the packaging materials, shipping costs 2X, and ultimately have a very disappointed customer. The suggestion from the second rep (who was so kind as well) was to wait to see if the item came into the stores closest to me to avoid potentially getting yet another broken shipment - since the feedback provided on the second replacement clearly didn’t help, as it showed up damaged too and she said it takes time for feedback like this to change things at times, if it ever even does change it. If you can find in store, it’s a very pretty picture. If you can’t, and you must buy online like I had to, I would definitely think twice.

This is a beautiful and large painting! Has two strong hooks on the back for hanging and comes with glass. The back is sealed though so the picture needs to stay in the frame. Love this high quality piece!

This was very well packaged and arrived in perfect condition. I am in love with the simple but elegant design of this picture. I do wish it was a little bigger for over my sofa but I have other pictures I plan to use for a wall collage so it will fit in well. The quality is much better than I expected. It is very well made. The frame is gorgeous, a soft traditional gold with a lovely design on it. The picture itself is so peaceful and elegant. I like that is is not too moody but more traditional. I don't care for dark wall art. I will fit any timless, traditional, farmhouse decor style. I like the glass as it gives a more high end apperance. D rings insure it will be level. Just get it!

This is a really nice art piece and really like the look of the frame. The frame is sturdy and looks good quality. The art itself is beautiful and just trying to find the perfect spot to hang it up. It’s a nice size too. Really happy with this art piece.

I was very pleasantly surprised with this print. The art itself is very nice, but the frame is nice and heavy and solid feeling. Lovely gold color, hooks for hanging on both sides so it’ll be level. Adds a nice touch of glamour to a neutral room.

Absolutely in love with this framed art piece from Hearth & Hand! From the moment I hung it up, it elevated my space! The soft, cool toned landscape is so calming to look at, and it adds a touch of serenity and nature to my space. I also love the golden grooved frame because it feels high end and timeless. The D-ringed back made hanging super simple, and it looks perfect in my kitchen! This piece is neutral enough to work with any decor, but still has enough character to stand out!

I really love the quality of the game, the matte, gold color of the frame, and the sturdiness of the frame as a whole piece. Unlike other gold frames that are cheap looking and glossy, this frame is a beautiful shade of gold that looks like a high quality frame. It matches perfectly with my other artwork. The artwork that is framed is really beautiful, and neutral to where it will match any decor.
