So i purchased this set in 2022, i am slow to review because, well i don't like doing reviews but this issue really bothers me. Over time, the "wrap" that is the design on the bowls have little scratches in them, almost unnoticeable, as well as some surface scratches on the rim of the bowl to the finish. What is alarming is that if you microwave anything in them, there is a substance that boils out of the scratches/cracks. Maybe it happens in the bowl too, i don't know because there is food in them. i do not microwave anymore because i do not know what i am ingesting. I have attached a photo. Also, upon the first wash in dishwasher, i lost two bowls to chipping. I make sure when i load the dishwasher NOTHING else touches this set, because i do not know what caused them to chip so easily. I also ordered the platter and the platter design arrived with all these pocket bubbles in the finish.
