This dinnerware is very modern looking. They are a sturdy weight. I especially like the two sizes of bowls.

After reviewing many sets of dishes I finally settled on this one primarily because other reviewers described the design as having flecks of gold and copper which matches my kitchen. Unfortunately, their description doesn't match my reality. The finish is matte which I'm not a big fan of and the design doesn't have any metallic elements. That said, they are well-made, very sturdy (a little on the heavy side), and stand up well to use with utensils. The design is still nice but not as exciting as it looked in the picture. I am keeping them despite.

I love this set. Very classy and elegant. We were gifted two sets and we adore the sets.

This set looks just like the picture online. Black with silver and gold flecks. They give the look of being hand-painted, so the design on each piece is slightly different. The dinner plates are HUGE - you can use them as serving platters! I like having the two sets of bowls, instead of coffee mugs. I wish more vendors would offer that option.

This dinnerware set is very well made. It is extremely solid and I love the fact that it is microwaveable. Although it is diswasher safe, I do not want to risk getting them chipped so I handwash. The square design and pattern really given your table a modern look. When my order arrived, I had 2 plates broken in shipping, called the company (they are on pacific time) and they sent out the replacement with no hassle at all. Excellent customer service. I would definitely a good buy for the price.

I love the desert bowls instead of coffee cups

I ordered 12 place settings of this and they are all perfect! Love that it comes with two bowls and two plates instead of cup and saucer...can dress it up or use it for everyday...exactly what I wanted.

This dinnerware set is beautiful! The golden inlay pieces are shiny which is a good contrast to the matte black of the base color. The plates are good sizes and stack nicely on one another. I like that this set included two sizes of bowls instead of a set of bowls and mugs. I ordered two sets for my college apartment and make the place feel that much more elegant. All 16 pieces arrived in good condition with no breaks or chips. The pieces do feel heavy and a little on the breakable side, so I am going to be extra careful with them. Overall, I think they are great quality for a good price!

This is a lovely, modern, and stylish set made with quality and should be handled with care. It is made of stoneware and I am pleased with the pattern, and the variety of plates/bowls. The set includes (4) Dinner Plates, (4) Plates, (4) Bowls and (4) Soup Bowls. I'm very pleased!

They look better in person then the web site. The only problem is a problem with Target. As 2 sets were ordered and shipped under two different tracking numbers, Yet Target only provides its customers with just one tracking number.

Very nice set, the only thing was that I thought the bowls were bigger than they were, other than that the quality was awesome. Very pleased.

Very nice plates, love the way they look! They are dishwasher safe but do chip easily in the dishwasher.
