A: We just received this ironing board and the holder at end of board is welded on. We are dissapointed because we don't want that! My husband may cut it off with a saw. :((

This ironing board came and it’s very big and bulky. I decided to keep it, but after only a few months, the lever on the bottom stopped working. It is so hard to lift up because you have to reach under and click the metal lever in otherwise it won’t stand up. When I called target they would not let me return it because it’s out of the window. When I asked the customer service rep, if they stand their products when they break, he responded, “no.”

One of the two shafts that holds the board locked and level is defective. The shaft cotter pin is at the wrong end. Shaft will not hold the shaft safely in place. See photos. Poor QA.

This ironingboard literally fell apart just one month after I purchased it. Two plastic pieces underneath fell out, causing the board to collapse while I was using it. Examination of those plastic pieces, which were meant to hold metal rods connecting the board to the legs and move up and down runners to open and close the legs, were misshapen, and too small to remain securely within the runners. I can reassemble it, but the plastic pieces keep falling out, making it unsafe to use the ironing board.

Truly excellent ironing board, especially if you’re tall or sew. It adjusts to a tall 38” and the board surface is extra wide. The fabric rack below the board is a nice plus. It is as good as a similar board I purchased from a sewing supply source several years ago that now sells for more than $180. I’m very happy with this purchase.

This is a large, sturdy ironing board. It has significant weight. I like the iron test and the rack underneath. However, the metal mesh that makes up the board itself is not flat. At the nose, it dips in, so it's ridiculous to try to use, on the widest part of the body, it has highs and lows. I have no flat surface on which to iron. I can feel the frame as I am ironing. That part sucks.
