Q: Our ironing board is a standard 15 inches wide but the hook and eye strap underneath barely reaches the loop, let alone go through the loop and lock into itself. Is ours defective?

A: Although it is advertised as a standard ironing board cover, and a standard board is 15 inches wide, the tag says it fits boards 13 to 14 1/4 wide.

Q: It says Standard, but it is not! It doesn't fit my board and Standard on other sites is 57 inches not 56.

This ironing board is absolutely amazing! When I read some of the reviews, I was wondering if I’d succumb to the same fate as the others: broken, unfixable or usable. I’ve had this ironing board for nearly 6 months and use it frequently! It works perfectly well. It stands tall, very sturdy, it’s easily collapsible and it’s compact for storage. I highly recommend this product. I also recommend learning how to properly use the levers and to put it away when not in use as I feel this may be the reason why other reviews were so poorly received. I highly recommend this ironing board.

I purchased this product late in May and by mid August the cover was beginning to shred. I iron, at the most, three items of clothing per week. There is no logic to why it has deteriorated like this. I have already had to replace it. I do not recommend buying this cover.

Fits perfectly! Bought my ironing board at another store, and it came with a cheap cover. Whatever possessed the company to tape around the cover should have their head examined because no matter what I tried, it wouldn't come off. As I was putting my order together, I searched for a new ironing board cover. After reading the reviews, I figured I should give it a shot. For the price, worse case scenario, I would return it. I'm so glad I got!!!! This cover should come with every ironing board!! I highly, highly recommend this!!!!

This cover is poorly designed . I have a reg length ironing board and this is made very small. I did measure mine but the cover is made with no stretch in the design Why do you sell a product that does not fit ????

The measurements are not accurate. It barely covers my ironing board. The previous cover I got from target had enough fabric to go under the top. This one barely reaches 53 1/2 inches x 14.5 inches. The fabric and padding are made of good quality material, but I am afraid the elastic around the pad will not resist long enough, so I will have to return it.

This cover fit my standard ironing board well. The fabric is nice enough and I like that it’s elastic instead of a drawstring. Some people said the pad is too thin, but I would argue that it doesn’t come with a pad at all. It’s just a lining of batting on the inside. For that reason, I don’t think it’s worth full price, but I’m content having gotten it on sale. I put it over my old, worn pad and cover and together it’s enough cushion.

Overall quality construction and great fit. I use my ironing board a lot since I make quilts (it never gets put away). My old cover was past worn out and I finally decided to get a new one. My board is about 53 inches long and 13 inches on the wide end. This cover fit my 20 year old ironing board perfectly. The thickness of the padding is good. Not too thick or thin. The fabric on top is also decent quality. The elastic is strong (but not too strong) and makes for a nice fit. The velcro straps aren’t necessary to help with fit on my board, but could be useful for a different board.
