It’s not bad for a candle warmer, but the overheard lamp ones work better. I wanted to try this style at school since it didn’t have a light source, but it’s not as powerful as the other type I bought from Target.

Can't use with a WiFi plug

I like to put my scent warmers on a WiFi timer so they only run a few hours per day, with differents scents for different areas of the house/time of the day. This unit will not work with a WiFi plug. It will turn off via the WiFi plug, but will not turn on. It's pretty and I like that you can use a candle or wax chips, but I think I will end up returning this because I know I will not ever remember to control it manually.

Bought it at the store, got home opened it up, plugged it in, would turn on. Never worked, seems like these warmers stop working fairly quickly after purchasing.

The whole unit itself just stops working. It was amazing while it worked but quick to stop working. The power button was ALWAYS hot regardless of being used or not. It finally whacked out. Wish I saw the reviews. Candles never melted honestly. And wax warmer did get super hot to touch when finally hot. Please fix this as it will be great when cheap wires are not used

I mean it did the job after a few hours and the week I had it. However, someone can easily mistaken the plug for the power button (as shown in the photo I attached) like someone in my household did and when pressed on, it caves into the warmer and is IMPOSSIBLE to get back out into its proper place. I tried multiple different tools.

I bought this in March and it stopped working in November. Really disappointing that it didn’t even last a year. It was nice while it worked, but like other reviews mention, it does get very hot. If you buy this, I suggest always unplugging when not in use as the power button was very hot when off but plugged in.

It takes forever to heat up but once it does get going, it’s wayyy to hot. Like too hot to touch. Even if it’s turned off but still plugged in, the buttons and power cable are extremely hot.

This is my first wax warmer and I expected that it would get warm to heat the wax and candles but didn’t expect it to this degree. It’s not insulated at all and the outside can exceed 120° if left on long enough. The feet at the base reach about 100° and the inside reaches over 200°. It just wasn’t worth it for us to take the risk, especially considering the price isn’t great either. It looks nice but there’s nothing else good about this thing.

I ordered this then got really nervous when I saw the reviews. I've now had it for 5 weeks and feel comfortable reviewing it. I don't have any of the issues others seem to be having. It's not overheating, it's not broken, it does exactly what I expect it to. It works well and matches my decor. The timer works well so I set it in case I may settle down for a nap and forget it. Easy to clean, though I did switch to silicone wax holders for convenience. My only complaints is that the on light is where the cord connects so you can't see it from the front and that the tray just barely doesn't fit perfectly in it so it rattles a bit if you touch it. Otherwise very pleased with my purchase.

Do not buy it i used it twice and the second time was today. I stepped out of my room to go to the bathroom and when I came back it made my room smell like burnt plastic!!! I quickly unplugged it and the on/off button was burning hot and started smoking. After leaving it unplugged for hours it still stunk like burnt plastic! If i would have left it any longer it would have caused a fire! Its so cute im sad it doesnt work :(
