Q: How do you change the lightbulb in this lamp?

A: The globe does not turn when I try to turn it counter clockwise. The globe is broken so I can see indide where it appears to be attached to a piece of metal that is somehow screwed down. Can you help?
submitted byArmondo - 2 months agoA: Hi Armondo, to change the bulb in your Globe Table Lamp, first turn it off and unplug it, allowing the bulbs to cool. Carefully twist the frosted glass globe counterclockwise to remove it, then unscrew the old Type B bulb from the E12 socket and replace it, ensuring it stays within the max wattage (Incandescent 40W, CFL 9W, LED 5W). Reattach the globe by twisting it clockwise until secure, then plug in and test the lamp. Hope that helps!

A: Unfortunately, the frosted glass globe on this lamp is not replaceable as a standalone part. Replacing or modifying it would void the warranty. If the glass is damaged, you would need to replace the entire lamp to maintain the integrity of the warranty.

Q: I’m planning to use a smart bulb with this lamp. What’s the maximum bulb length it can fit? Will the Philips Hue B39 Candle LED Bulb work?

A: The maximum bulb length that the 510 Design Zusa Metal 2-Globe Table Lamp can accommodate is approximately 4 inches, considering the 6-inch shade height and 2-inch socket height. The Philips Hue B39 Candle LED Bulb is compatible with the lamp in terms of its Type B bulb shape and E12 base. However, given that the frosted glass shades measure 6 inches in diameter and height, the bulb's approximate height of 3.5-4 inches may take up too much space inside, potentially affecting fit and light diffusion. Checking the internal clearance is recommended.

We are returning our lamps, as one of the globes broke during shipping. They don’t make replacement ones. When you sell lamps, people should have replacements available. I am never buying lamp from here again. I would give them zero stars if I could.

My bf likes what he calls “mood lighting” however I like to do things like cross stitch. It’s great because we can keep the lights nice and low and I can turn on the lamp and have enough light to do what I want to do.

The globes have inspired us in other parts of our home already, and it’s just a blessing to have an accessory like this that is durable and has the design to last a long time. The base has a really nice heft, and I appreciate how sleek and beautiful the gold posts are that lead up to each of the bulbs. The package came with the bulbs, so that was a definite bonus for me, not having to go search for the right type of lighting. It’s got a really great cord length and an easy on/off switch that can easily be put in a position where the lamp gets all the attention!

The globes were well-made and when I placed it on my night stand, it's super cute, it's lighting up the whole bedroom! No light adjusting only on/off switch.
