Registering and filing a claim was really easy. I forgot to register my laptop when I first bought it and my son dropped it. I was able to register a year and a half later and file a claim same day. With in minutes I got a shipping label to send it in. It was stress free and easy to do. I’m glad I remembered I bought a protection plan.

We had to use our protection plan TWICE....it was on a hover board! First time, they resolved the issue (hated having to ship it in) regardless it was fixed...then a few months later is just totally was not functioning....I received the total amount back that I spent on the Hover board...now with the upgrade in Technology...getting each of my kiddos one for Easter...(with the insurance) with the check I received from Square Trade! Best Way to go!!!!!

They were efficient. They did fix and address the problem with little follow up needed. They only cover the price of the item not once you paid. Once you make a claim, if they send you a new product or reimbursement the plan is then closed and a new one is required.
