A: I filed a claim, & submitted the recipetes & all info that was required & never heard back from them, it's been over 2 months now & I can't even log into the site to see what is going on

You will receive 100% parts and labor coverage up to the original price of the item. We will cover you up to the full price you paid for the item, excluding tax. The issues that we do not cover include misuse, loss or theft, and any physical damage. We also do not cover accessories, attachments or additional parts. Target denied me the option for a refund/replacement on this rug. I purchased the protection plan, and the protection plan offered for this runner rug was for furniture and 2 years protection. The Allstate company denied my claim because it did not apply to the item insured (it was not mechincal or electrical wear) TARGET refuses to refund the cost of the plan, yet they admitted in chat that it was a policy mismatch for my purchased item. They will not refund either.

It clearly states “Covers accidents like drops and spills” in the Highlights section, first on the list where you can see it, but then it also says “Accidents, intentional damage, loss, and theft are not covered.” BLATANT false advertisement by Target.

Target won’t honor the insurance plan. You have to file a claim with Allstate and wait for them to process it. Im either going to pay $60 to buy a completely new air mattress or sleep on the floor until Allstate can process the claim and ship a replacement. Don’t buy the plan.

Immediately after I purchased furniture, this plan was presented as a 2 year "protection plan" with a picute of a plain chair on the cover of the plan. However, the details reveal it ONLY covers mechanical or electrical parts. Why would it be presented as a furniture protection plan when the furniture has no mechanical or electrical parts? I feel duped.

Returned item because it was defective. Holes wouldn't line up on coffee table purchased to properly assemble. For some reason coverage on defective item is non refundable. Absurd

This is a terrible protection plan. They have found every loop hole to get out of covering anything. First, they will try to tell you your manufacturer will cover it in the standard warranty ( even if it didn't come with a warranty, they make you call them to proceed, so you cant complete the claim online and have to sit on hold.) Then, if you read the coverage policy, you will notice they cover "unintentional stains" but not "accidents". So they will call your unintentional stain an accident and get out of it that way.

Great bed for my 2 yr old the smell is a little strong when taking out of the box would recommend wiping it down, would also recommend assembling the bed with another person and not alone which made it a little difficult putting it together but I definitely recommend purchasing this bed.
