The protection plan that you have covers all mechanical and electrical failures that occur during normal use. You will receive 100% parts and labor coverage. Accidental damage, such as drops and spills, is also covered. The issues that we do not cover include misuse, loss or theft, software issues, and any cosmetic damage that does not affect the operation of a device.
