I had to return the laptop I had purchased and was unable to get the refund for the laptop. Guest services had me contact Target headquarters for refund and it’s been a week and I have not been refunded for the insurance. Disappointed with the steps I had to go through. Mind you I received a laptop with a cracked corner returned it for the same model but wasn’t able to get pass the initial laptop setup! Then to be told I had to get a refund for the insurance separately.
