Q: I purchased laptop 40 days ago. Can I purchase protection plan still?

The 30 day mark is a firm deadline because of our contract with our insurer.Since your laptop was purchased outside the 30 day purchase window, we would not be able to offer you a protection plan for it. Q: If my laptop was purchased on sale ($199.99) and regular price ($249.99) is in another "tier" of protection plan...What plan do I purchase?

The accidental damage protection plan covers all mechanical and electrical failures that occur during normal use. You will receive 100% parts and labor coverage.
