These are great counter stools for the kitchen. They are aesthetically pleasing, work perfectly, support weight and are generally well made. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because we originally ordered 4. Three were good but 1 was predrilled with a wrong hole on one leg making the bottom foot rest crooked. We ordered a new one for replacement and it was also predrilled incorrectly but in a different spot. So 3 out of 5 were perfect. We had to Frankenstein the 4th and 5th to make a complete 4th stool.

These stools are exactly what we needed. Great height, very sturdy, and love the color. Simple to assemble, but be aware that the screws do not have pre-made holes so you need to really push and use a good quality screwdriver to get them in.

Seem sturdy, exactly what I expected. There is no way I could have assembled these without a drill (with Phillips attachment). Even with that, I could not get the cross bars to pull all the way to the legs. Pilot holes when attaching the cross bars between legs likely would have helped a lot. Sadly, I stripped the heads of most of the screws trying to get everything to pull tight so not sure how long these will hold together since I won’t be able to tighten up after wear and tear. But all the hardware, including hex wrench, was included.

This stool is very sturdy and works well with my kitchen island. They are dark brown not black. The assembly was very easy and didn't take long at all.
